Visited at lunchtime on two occasions typical traditional pub very welcoming great service look forward to being able to sit inside 😀 however lovely seating available in small pretty courtyard there's also a large gazebo covering if needed. Loos are second to none iv used recently very clean and homely. Nice to enjoy a less trendy setting !!! as seems to be the the way the harbour front is going blah humbug. Read moreIn the dying days of the traditional boozer, the Horse and Groom maintains the friendly, all are welcome, atmosphere that was always the traditional public house. The beer is Sheperd Neame, so the usual "session" beers are on offer, plus they keep bottled Bishops Finger for those wanting a stronger beer.
