KFC Margate - High Street — Restaurant in Thanet

This is a new review as of 3/9/23 Once again I am reviewing to complain. I have not ordered kfc for 6 months and hoped It had improved. Sadly no. We called the restuarant to ask for a special on our order. we ordered the 4 piece meal twice and requested one to be light meat and the other dark. I did not want the boneless, because boneless has less flavor. the said they would do their best. Well tonight I dont eat again as their best is two orders of dark. My wife eats dark, but not eight. Hence out of money to the tune of at least 12 pounds and no dinner. Margate KFC customer service is attrocious. I Suggest if you must have kfc check out the ramsgate or broadstairs stores as they are more accommodating. As for me, I am done with KFC until such time as I go Stateside and am able to get Decent KFc. Once again I as I ended my last review I will state. My only mistake is taking them at their word. I cannot even say the food is good as I do not like the taste of dark meat poultry.

This is the second time we have ordered from KFC, the first we were delivered McDonalds, the second we received only half our order. I may note it is the same person who delivered both times. when we call KFC they say contact deliveroo to get reimbused. If I wanted reimbursed I would not have ordered. I wanted to feed the hungry little ones. Thanks. Most displeased with the service and follow up. At the very least and appology, even better to send the rest of my order to me. Kept on giving this place another chance but with staff being lazy and standing around, using their phone and not washing hands between handling cash and food, as well as food that is stale and/or undercooked (see pink chicken in photo). Additionally they have tried to double or triple charge me my order on a few occasions now, apparently I asked for a 16 piece bucket when I said "no" to any extras. They also get the orders wrong, serve people that have arrived after people queuing, its piss poor service.

Apologising repeatedly can only fix so much, the staff here are pitiful and show zero effort or attempt to give any quality of service, will NOT be returning after eating cold, pink, undercooked chicken! Four of us in our group all got the same undercooked prison food.

Staff (women) standing around using phones and checking themselves in mirror. More interested in chatting about social life than serving customers. Some of them don't speak English and was met with blank looks when asking where to put the recyling of bottles/drink containers. Had to wait over 20 mins for basic meal for no apparent reason, with no apology. I kept pointing to my order which was in red on their screen and asking for it and was just met with blank looks. Disabled toilet is filthy and on several visits has has no toilet paper whatsoever and there are nappies and baby wipes all over floor as bin is overflowing. When finally got meal, chicken was undercooked...
