Seriously, I popped into Mae's Bar and had an absolute blast. Kicked things off with a Courvoisier and Coke, and man, it was the perfect start – smooth and just what I needed. Then, I decided to go big and round things out with a Long Island Iced Tea. Let me tell you, that Long Island wasn't just a Long Island; it was the Long Island. Each sip just zapped me straight back to sunshine, good times, and holiday vibes. It brought all those amazing memories rushing right into my present moment! Beyond the killer drinks, the service was genuinely brilliant. Every single drink was served with the biggest, most confident smile. Our server basically declared hers were the best, and you know what? She lived up to it, and then some! That kind of attitude and confidence, paired with genuinely fantastic drinks, just made the whole experience next-level. Read morethere’s a public piano by the bar and a young man started playing (quite well too!), a staff member came out and angrily asked how much longer he’d be playing and then walked off angrily tutting and mumbling under her breath. i thought this was pretty rude and odd that this staff member felt she owned the entire market and could tell patrons off for playing a piano that is there for that very purpose. very miserable, rude individual. she then came back and told him he wasn’t good enough to play and said she would start asking other people in the market their opinion, the first person she asked said they were enjoying the music and had no problem. absolutely disgusted. would give zero...
Read moreNot gonna lie, this was a cracking experience. First visited on the 8th of Mae, and Mae I say this was Maebe the best place I've been, better than any bar in Maeda Vale. It maede my day. Drinks were served in a Maeson jar, to the delight of my friends Maeson Mount and James Mae. Mae, the maede of honour, maede us feel maejorly at home. Great maekes of beverages.
