LEON Stansted (Landside) — Restaurant in Uttlesford

I work at Stansted Airport, and this is my second time visiting the shop. A few days ago, I encountered a team member named Reda during my first visit.

On that day, I asked him if he had anything with chicken. He told me to go to the self-service area, make my choice, and then come back to the front in front of other customers. I noticed he was very friendly with a female customer behind me.

Today, I returned and asked Reda if he had chili bites. He nearly shouted at me, responding, "We don’t do bites." When I asked him why he was being rude, he exploded, saying he didn't want to serve me and called another team member over. I explained the situation to the other staff member, and he apologized to me.

My issue is that, as a customer, I shouldn’t feel insulted for simply asking about a product. The way Reda treated me was unacceptable. I felt he might have a problem with male customers or people of Asian descent, as I observed him being very friendly with customers of other...

Everytime I have been here the staff have been rude or disrespectful or very disinterested in what they’re doing the food is always good but they have no customer service skills at all. Food came quick but fries came cold , that wasn’t the problem.
