I work at Stansted Airport, and this is my second time visiting the shop. A few days ago, I encountered a team member named Reda during my first visit.
On that day, I asked him if he had anything with chicken. He told me to go to the self-service area, make my choice, and then come back to the front in front of other customers. I noticed he was very friendly with a female customer behind me.
Today, I returned and asked Reda if he had chili bites. He nearly shouted at me, responding, "We don’t do bites." When I asked him why he was being rude, he exploded, saying he didn't want to serve me and called another team member over. I explained the situation to the other staff member, and he apologized to me.
