I am a person with mental health issues so I have an assistance dog with me. Upon arrival I was told my dog was not allowed I said yes she is due to her being an assistance dog. The lady then when on to say well I've never seen one that small. I then produce my dogs id card and she went ok. As we sat down the three staff then started talking about about me and my dog and were looking for something on their phones. This caused my anxiety to increase drastically so I went to order. I told them that service dogs are all shapes and sizes to which she answered that the id I showed could be bought from amazon and she had never seen a service dog that small. We have been to this place on numerous occasions and never been challenged. My dog is a 6 month old female shih tzu. This made me extremely uncomfortable and I felt the staff were more or less calling me a liar. We ate left and then I had an anxiety attack. Staff there are always friendly and helpful.

I often opt for a chicken salad and a latte. Chicken is always hot and moist, the salad is colourful and fresh. Generous portion indeed, I can never finish it all!

There are a decent amount of options on the menu. Value for money based on portion size and taste.

You can tuck into a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes. Their roast dinners are quite yummy! Unfortunately, you won’t be able to bag yourself one on a Sunday since they don’t open.

Just be careful if you are gluten free. I'm giving 4 star because I completely understand some places are trying and the lady on the phone did say "we have gluten free customers in who do mix and match their breakfast to make it customisable to them, bacon, hash browns etc just no gluten free bread". However I enquired about the hash browns, was they cooked in a separate fryer then? It seemed I put her on the spot and she explained ah no they would be under cross contamination due to being the same fryer.
