Previously given a 5 star.. but now changed because of the glass collection/bar staff lady with brown hair.. on our first drink(which we didn't finish) as we went to go to the smoking area out the back, when being confronted quite aggressively by a the Previously mentioned staff) Saying quiet abruptly 'staff only ' which we replied sorry we didn't know, to which she got quite shirty, she then started pointing us out to the other bar staff, which made us feel quite uncomfortable, so we decidedtoleave, as we were I said she should watch how she speaks to people, then she starts shouting at us, infront of everyone. we left abruptly without finishing our first drinks. I threw a surprise 30th for my husband in August and Caitlin helped me every step of the way. She was absolutely amazing with communiction and nothing was too much.
