Cwtch Pottery Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

First time at trying Cwtch Ceramics since moving to its new venue and unfortunately won't be returning. There was a limited selection of things to paint, although was told this was because they were waiting for a delivery. Although fairly quiet, we waited over 40 minutes for our food and, when it did come, the order was wrong. Other customers were also asking for refunds on food as they had waited so long. The poor girl on the till was continually apologising to customers. Despite adequate staffing, the staff were all very young and there didn't seem to be anyone in charge. They were all very polite and courteous despite the circumstances. Went a couple of weeks ago with my son, who has a severe wheat allergy. They have allergy awareness signs everywhere and menu says they offer wheat free cakes. We thought brilliant! However when we enquired we had to explain that vegan cakes don’t mean wheat free. Then they got the manager/owner over, she started to look at the allergy list and told us to take a seat and said she would look. We did so thinking she would come over and explain what was available but no. She got herself some cake and went and sat back down. The allergy signs obviously mean nothing as the staff are not properly trained and management obviously don’t care. Have tried a few times recently as i went often when the Cafe was in Rossett but very disappointed since moved to Eagles Meadow.
