Black Peppers — Restaurant in Wales

I’m not from this city and staying at plassey holiday park. Made an order for delivery at 17:50. Callled them around 19:45 to see where my order was. The first excuse was… the drivers coming to pick your order up. Called back at 20:10… second excuse… The driver was on his way. Called back at 20:30… driver should be there soon. Then at 20:45 called them back. To which he says it’s been delivered to reception and he and the driver tried calling me. I have no missed calls and had 4G so he lied to me. Reception closed at 17:00. After all the calls I googled how far they were from my location. 10 minutes away. Shocking…They put my order on the ground in the open. To which anyone could have taken it. Diabolical and lazy delivery services. The order was cold and had to be re cooked. Thought I was getting chicken tikka with sauce to go with nann, popadom and chapalti but all I got was dry chicken and onions so was pointless having all that with out sauce to dip into. Definitely won’t be ordering from them if ever I’m back in this town. I will be advising park staff not to be promoting there business by giving people there...

This place is a joke! Second time now finding thick black hair in my food.. i contacted the restraunt and explained that ive found hair in my food for them to come up with the same excuses they did the first time this happened (our cooks wear hair nets it could not possibly be them) so from that logic some how some thick black hair must have grown on my bald head and got mixed into the food.... they offered to send another meal out to replace the one with hair but i told them i did not want another meal as this is the second time now finding black hair in my food i would rather have the money refunded to which i was told they could not refund me because it was the 20% off and would add extra nan bread and shit to to next order i make, which i told the guy i did not want that as am not wanting to go back to this place again... to which he said there was nothing he could do then... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING OUT THE ARSE FOR FOOD...

Firstly this 1 star review is harsh on black pepper. Their food is and always has been fantastic.

The reason they get 1 star though is because they continue to use delivery shark. Delivery shark will deliver your food late time after time and usually cold. Black pepper get the 1 star for continuing to work with what is quite clearly a lousy company.

Delivery shark will add a handling fee and delivery charge which cost us nearly £7. When we reached the one hour mark my wife asked delivery shark where our food was. They said it was about to be picked up and when my wife asked if it would be delivered cold, they said no as it hadn't been prepared yet but when it was delivered the time stamp on the receipt suggested they have just out right lied to us.
