KIN + ILK — Restaurant in Wales

We ordered lunch to dine in today, our first visit here as we were around for business. It was a nice clean cafe, comfortable seating and as it wasn’t too busy, quiet and peaceful. The lady that assisted us today was very kind and patient, realising that we didn’t know that hot chocolate came in different strengths, she carefully explained each one and the difference between them. Word of caution - it was super nice as it is made with milk, but it was super sweet, even unsweetened at 54% dark. But very tasty!! Took my whole team in last week for our Team Meeting, as the building is behind our office. Considering the place was empty, you'd think the person working would have been happy to have 10 people in wanting drinks. Visited today to grab a coffee and a cake. The waitress who works there, tall, broad, brunette is very rude. Not sure if it was due to racial discrimination, but if you don’t like your job or think you’re above it, find a better one and do better for yourself. You work in a coffee shop surrounded by professional office workers, drop the attitude and crack a smile.
