Β Β Β Read moreWhere do I startπ. I'm on holiday and went here to get some breakfast. Tried Gregg's initially and breakfast was sold out! So we walked down and came across this place. It was funny just in putting the amount of how much did I spend here . 3 bacon baps ,& two drinks for Β£22! Yeah you heard me right! Staff looked like they got no GCSES and are about to be enrolled on a hygiene course ( because they really needed to be ) Quite Scruffy un-professional looking people in fact The place was not bad n that's what made me go in here coz I won't go in unclean places , soon as we ordered n looked directly at some of the staff and the gap for the kitchen they Just looked dirty people . That's my honest comment . I saw this huge woman with really greasy hair , like red dyed hair , and she blew her nose in the kitchen and carried on eating her her breakfast. That for me was like red flag .
I stopped immediately , eating what they had served me jus the mainly the ole order on the table and walked out went next door for same order ! Which cost less than a 5iver ππ. This vibe was Abit of a thurerstorm to be honest , I think the inconic weatherspoons would of been greater The bacon was burnt, and bap was dry to be quite honest . Just a honest guy , but there loads of nice places to eat round here , for me this place with the people just look disgusting. N I'm not surprised by the 1 star...
Β Β Β Read moreNo welcome / dirty looks from 3 staff behind thr counter who just stairef at us coming in - nobody offering to fetch us a high chair... no clear message that the place doesn't offer table service/having to pay upfront..the staff behind the counter very short and misserable when ordering. The serving staff a bit gormless to say the least with the general manager stood behind the till not really doing much at all but stairing into the abyss. A very greasy breakfast which was somewhat small in size/ cold with a chip shop sausage which was so over cooked and difficult to cut. The decor very nice it has to be said. Could be so much better!! ( the staff could also smile but possibly it's a fair reflection of the way they are managed?! A big dissapointed to say the least. A touch more expensive than kava cafe at the top of mostyn street and nowhere near as good! * Poor customer services skills - bad management - below average food - poorly managed staff - slow service - slightly dearer than other cafes in Llandudno. To add the counter staff to busy talking rather than being pro active and clearing some of the tables. A very awkward atmosphere purely down to the staff and their manager or team leader?! DO NOT RECOMEND THIS...
