Visited on 3/9/17 for the first time. after. Going though the menue on the door. We as a Family of 7x decided to go in and take our seats. Decor / interior is very smart. Based on Alice in Wonderland theme, which all of our kids loved. Looked through the menue on the table only to notice that we had missed the cooked breakfast by 15 min after arriving at 11.15 and breakfast stopped serving at 11am?? But as the kids had made themselves comfortable. We couldnt just get up and leave. So the adults in the group had to make do with coffees and toasted teacakes / cakes. Which were ok apart from the cappuccinos poor cheap tasting drink. Ordered the kids 3x afternoon tea each coasting £5.95 comprising of ham sandwiches cakes and a potion milkshak. Which the kids enjoyed. Staff were all very friendly and smartly dressed and smartly mannered. Downsides to our visit -- after all our food was brought over the father in law was left waiting for his toasted teacake. So we had to remind a member of staff and this was quickly made and brought to our table. Toilets were a very strange set up of 1x room comprising of two toilets with a shared area for male and female 1x sink 1x hand dryer so not much privacy. But very clean and tidy. Breakfast could be served allday as most of the other menue items had bacon and eggs in. Just a suggestion. All in all, the kids loved their visit, their food and drink. All reasonably priced and great location near to the seafront Promenade

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The Lemon Tree Tea Rooms in Llandudno is a delightful haven on a busy day. I tried the Welsh rarebit (perfectly topped with egg), and it hit all the right notes—creamy, savoury, and just what you need for a little pick-me-up. The charming Alice-in-Wonderland décor and friendly staff create a relaxed atmosphere where you’re free to sit wherever you like; just head to the register to order and your food will be brought over. It’s clearly a local favourite—stylish yet unpretentious, with a diverse menu including sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes and homemade cakes. The staff were welcoming, efficient and professional, making this a quick but memorable stop. Dogs and gluten-free options are also catered for, which shows attention to detail. Overall, a perfect little retreat for a tasty break in Llandudno town centre.

Service: Quick and friendly. Get your table inside or out, take note of the number and order at the counter. Card payment accepted. Restaurant: Great location near the beach and promenade. Doesn't overlook though. Inside is lovely, antiquated team room look with the Alice in Wonderland theme. Two seat and group tables. Outdoor seating as well. Food: The menu is brilliant. A great variety for breakfast, light bites, sandwiches, and meals. We had the Alice's Clotted Cream Tea. Scones were lovely, good size, nice and soft. Jam and cream were perfect. Also has the Classic Welsh Rarebit, a bit too mustardy for my liking but was lovely all the same, served with salad and slaw. In summary, thoroughly enjoyable for breakfast/brunch/small lunch or a tea pit stop. Thanks all.

We have been here before it moved location and enjoyed the food and service so thought it would be a good choice. Unfortunately not, we were met with an array of uncleared tables but not put off as you can forgive a busy establishment. However we sat for nearly ten minutes and finally resorted to to asking for the dishes to be moved ourselves. At this point we were alerted by the table adjacent that they had been waiting for almost 30 minutes for a drink and cake which they had still not seen, they also informed us that during this time none of the tables near us had been cleared. Once again we saw past that and placed our order for drinks and cake. We were informed that this could take 10 minutes and accepted gladly. Fast forward 20 minutes we were still waiting which was disappointing but not only that but we had been delivered two incorrect orders which belonged to other customers who were no doubt a little frustrated at their delay. Surprisingly there were an array of staff buzzing about so you could not blame that for the issue. At the point of the second incorrect order being presented I kindly reiterated our order and highlighted the time we had been waiting. The waitress sorted the drinks swiftly and then proceeded to rather rudely slap a coffee in front of me and a pot of tea in front of my wife minus any polite customer service. The cake finally arrived after the waitress returned to the counter and clearly spoke to her senior whilst looking across at us. This was quite awkward and not enjoyable. The only saving grace was that my wife's tea pot was a handsome size however this was sadly blighted as they had only used 1 rather poor tea bag so there was very little actual tea to enjoy. We will not...

Instantly, my family and I were coldly greeted by a member of staff at the counter informing us that they weren't selling food at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. Whether this is a formality or a decision made by the staff working wasn't mentioned, quciky causing my family to feel unwelcome.

Upon ordering our drinks, we informed the same member of staff that we were one tea short. She was off-hand with my father when he asked whether he had paid the correct amount for the drinks he was given. The staff member, almost reluctantly, brought the tea, at no point smiling, responding to our, "thank you" and, once again, failing to welcome us into the cafe.

We left the cafe feeling thoroughly underwhelmed by the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism we received from certain members of staff, which can fully be supported by the member of staff who rolled her eyes behind by siblings' back when she had to wait for their leaving of the cafe before she was able to bring in a blackboard from outside.

I was not alone when expressing my discontent towards the way my family and I felt we were treated after opting to choose this cafe over a chained company (like that of Nero's across the road). I feel like next time, going for a well-know and well-trusted chained cafe may not be such a bad...
