Domino's Pizza - Leamington Spa — Restaurant in Warwick

I've ordered from this Dominos many times over the years, until a year or so ago they were brilliant.

I understand that mistakes are made - we all make them, and I can only imagine how stressful the evening shifts must be on busy nights, but the service is just plainly not acceptable. My previous 3 or 4 orders have had some sort of mistake; either the crust isn't stuffed, the toppings are wrong, large dips weren't brought, etc. These add up, and when you're paying £40 for a couple pizzas and a side that arrive incorrect it feels like a mick take.

My order today was wrong again (large dip was missing), which wouldn't be a big deal but the language barrier between myself and the delivery driver meant I was standing in the cold, outside in my dressing gown and shorts for about 20 minutes 😂. I shared my location via whatsapp so he could find me. He was a lovely chap, this wasn't a problem on his part - these issues have been going on with this branch as a whole for a while.

Will likely order from elsewhere...

Placed an order at 17.12pm. Order was out for delivery 17.40pm. I live literally a 9 minute drive from domino's in leamington and the order at 18:00pm still had not arrived and the app had cancelled off. I called domino's to find out what was going on. The gentleman I spoke to had to out me on to someone else because he didn't understand what I was saying, when I then explained what had happened he advised he would contact the driver and update me.. he then hung the phone up on me. I called back and was advised to stay on the line. The next minute I was advised that the driver was just collecting my order and that they were 5 minutes away and that they were busy when my order came in. Shame because I ordered a couple of weeks ago and had no issues what so ever and the food was lovely. We have advised if our food is cold it will be returned for either hot fresh food or a refund. Alot of money spent for domino's to mess around with people's food and not really give a s**t. Safe to say I will not be ordering...

I recently ordered delivery from Domino's Pizza in Leamington Spa and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. Upon arrival, the delivery driver refused to bring my order to my door, insisting I come downstairs to collect it. Due to a back injury, I specifically chose delivery to avoid unnecessary movement. When I contacted the store to explain my situation, I was met with indifference and a lack of assistance.

This experience reflects a concerning disregard for customer needs and accessibility. It's disheartening to see such a lack of empathy and professionalism from a well-known establishment. I hope Domino's addresses these issues to prevent similar incidents...
