McDonald's — Restaurant in West Oxfordshire

6 drinks for 6 meals through the window. You hand me the wrong food. And then tell me it was my order and thats all of it. You then take the food back from me, and place it to the side ready to give to the correct customer. Well done. I just handled that inside my vehicle.You try to tell me I should have been parked and waiting for my food, and that your colleague is out there now.And when talking to me. DO NOT tell me it is ok.It is a mistake. Own it. Apologise and agree it is a mistake. You lost all respect and understanding with your idiotic customer service at this point. Then. We go and park. And 6 mins later our food comes out.So it wasn't ready.Your colleague did not have my meal.Then you tell me it is ok again? Where do your management get their customer service training from?Personally knowing multiple management at other stores within your franchises means I will be engaging with them I finding out my own information. You always make a mistake in some way with my orders. I keep using because I believe in second chances and everyone has off days. The last time I found a dead moist ladybug in my chicken salad. The time before that there was remnants if mayo in my wife's salad where there should be no cross contamination. Ignorance and lack of care is...

So, I've had a fair few McDonald's in my life and I can say that this is one of (if not) the worst restaurants I've been to. Firstly, as many other re-viewers have pointed out, the drive through is very busy, which means cars spill out onto the main road, this makes the area very congested.

On almost every occasion whilst using the drive-thru, I'm told to park, which I'm normally not too fussed about. However, the car park is far too small, and in most cases there will be no available spaces, which means you will have to wait for someone to leave.

Now regarding my orders, I find roughly every 2 out of 3 times that my order is incorrect, normally missing items or incorrect customizations. I always check my order before I leave, as it is damn right frustrating to find it wrong once when I've driven home.

The food quality seems to me OK, but they are a bit skipish on the fries, especially large fries. I recommend ordering medium as in most cases, the large will be the same size.

One thing strange about this place is that they are so tight on the pickles in their cheeseburgers,. I've attached a few images. Cant believe only 1 pickle. Ive been to a McDonalds in Banbury and their standard was 4...

For the 3rd time now I have ordered from mcdeliveroo and I have not received all of my order. When calling back I am told they are sorry but they cannot resend and I would have to collect it in store. I have just realised that the prices you pay for food when ordering having it delivered is more expensive then purchasing for pickup or at going to the store? I am paying extra for my food plus delivery to have it come to me not so I can not have my complete order arrive but then need to come to store and be out of pocket this needs to change Not to mention the food standards are getting poor at the Witney store the food looks like it's just been chucked together with no care and it is very disappointing
