So there was a man who I presume was either a stand-in manager or just the manager. I wanted to change a meat in the tex mex from plain chicken to chicken tikka, which may I add is the same price. He proceeded to meticulously lay out my order and charge me for each individual filling. All while speaking to about me to his colleague in the 3rd person. Saying, "see this is why we don't do this as the customer will argue back" as I made a point about it being the same price. When I got to the salad bar, I wanted to add red onions to it which I was charged an additional £1 for... Furthermore, I have been into the store for multiple consecutive days and had not received this service by any other staff member. Ultimately, an appalling service by the employee....

She got a 6” bread and began to cut it, we then said a foot long please and she threw the knife into the counter. On the next sandwich we chose Italian herb “I said we only had Italian” we said ok but she was really rude. Even states a closing time of 7pm in their own window (Google business profile also states 7pm as of 21/03/18), which used to be 8pm (as of 21/03/18 the official Subway website still states 8pm closing time for most weekdays). Not the first time this has happened either. Will definitely take my business to the Carterton Subway...
