Nando's Weston-super-Mare — Restaurant in Weston-super-Mare

Disgusting service from the manager! Me and my friends go to Nando’s far too often, but this Wednesday just gone, just after 9pm, we went in. Ordered the usual, the manager served us on the till and was quite abrupt & rushy, but that was not the problem.

Our food arrived, my order was wrong, I asked for my usual ordered with an item to be added. It wasn’t. The member of staff who brought the food was really polite and said no problem, I’ll be right back. The manager then came straight over to the table and without saying a word put the card reader in my face! Said I have to pay for the extra, and said this quite rudely. I explained it is what I ordered and he may have misheard, and I would have happily paid it, if he explained without an attitude towards myself and the group that it just wasn’t put through. I said I wasn’t going to pay again because he didn’t hear the order - only because of the way he spoke and the disgusting attitude.

Again, we do go to Nando’s far too often, we clearly have a problem😂 But if that manager is there again we will happily just leave. Never had customer service so poor and with an attitude of he clearly doesn’t want...

Went in and was told there wasn't enough room for our pushchair so would have to leave it at the side. We thought it would be ok as they would at least hopefully seat us near so we would be still be able to see it as there were plenty of seats near it. She put us around a corner so we couldn't see it. We both agreed once she had left that we weren't comfortable leaving an expensive pushchair where we couldn't see it and left. As we left a couple with a pushchair was being shown to seats near us. So we couldn't have our pushchair but they could have theirs when they were the same size and we were there first. We walked out, couldn't find the lady to let her know. We walked out with our pushchair and as there were no colleagues around as we first thought there would be, anyone could've taken it. Worst experience ever. Not the best...

Been here once. Even though we had a great evening. Staff very helpful and not intrusive (which is great. Can't stand the is everything OK as your eating. Didn't have this once) very relaxed feel and clean and tidy. Yummy spicy sauces. But the food (which is or should be the star of the show at a restaurant) I thought was under par. The chickens must be really small because I had half a chicken and it was small. Friends had other items like the butterfly chicken breast and again it looked small. Cooked well but portions were small. Of course all my opinion. (Just for the record I'm 11st) but enjoy my food as much as the next person. Think there was a choice of two beers. In bottles. And they ran out of deserts the evening we went. please like this review if you find it...
