SEASIDE PİZZA & KEBAB — Restaurant in Weymouth

Really disappointing experience. Do not go here. Not a safe place. First experience here. Went for a late night snack after the pub. Two couples ordered food and we sat down to wait for the order. We missed the signs that said we couldn’t sit and eat whilst we waited. It was awful weather outside but we were waiting for the other order and taxi. But they told to get out and stand outside due to a licensing issue. Obviously that took us by surprise! But we said we would. I tried to suggest they rid of all their tables so no one made the same mistake again. They were extremely rude, just pointing and the signs and telling us to get out and that it was a take away. They then refused to make the other food ordered by my friends even when I went outside. Honestly, horrible staff. Very nasty. I appreciate their licensing issue and said it must be very frustrating for them. I asked them to serve my friends as it was me they had a problem with but they point blank refused. Customer service was non existent. Only one staff member could speak English and he was extremely rude. The other two staff members just stood there doing absolutely nothing. We received our food and the pizza was wrong. We asked for the pizza to be corrected and the staff refused. I asked for a refund which they also refused. I continued to dispute the problem and as a result I was completely ignored. The other staff members just stood and laughed. There are plenty of tables and chairs however you are not allowed to dine in the restaurant, I assume this is because they don’t want to clean up. The salad was visibly past its expiry date and was sour to the taste. I would never go here ever again and the place should be shut down. The staff need a lesson in basic manners and respect. We stopped here on the way home for what we thought would be a good quick kebab. Unfortunately not. First of all the staff sit in a car outside the shop! Weird! I asked to pay by card and there was a weird look between owner and staff on till eventually allowing me to pay by card. It’s way more expensive than any other kebab shops in town. But the food is revolting donor kebab meat it vile like 3 days old meat left out all salty and frankly disgusting. Chips under cooked and cold in middle. Rang up to complain and got a load of abuse from the staff refusing to resolve the issue! Shop and kitchen is filthy. Wooden tables have sauce on them and general cleanliness is bad.
