Ordered a pizza deal with Dominos Woking. Received a call from the delivery driver saying he was outside. Our communal door is in view of our balcony and we confirmed he wasn’t but happy to direct him as we suspected he went to the wrong building on another street. He demanded we go to him and he refused to come to our building. We advised we were not happy to walk five minutes in the rain after paying delivery. He continued to demand we go to him and he became very aggressive. I tried to reason and continue to direct but once i put my foot down and refused to go to him, he hung up. I called the store who made excuses and said he only spoke a little English and was loud, not acknowledging he was demanding we go to him. I presume the store called him as he eventually found our address and once we opened the two pizzas, they were both damaged. Either an unlucky coincidence or the delivery driver...
Read moreDidnt even want to give them a 1 star after my experience, went in to order a small pizza and while I was speaking to the cashier about what I would like, the phone rang, but rather then getting someone else to pick it up (as the other staff were just standing around doing f**k all) the cashier I was speaking to put his hand up to me saying WAIT and started serving the person over the phone, completely cutting me off and forgeting that he was serving me before the phone even rang, I just walked out and told him to not bother due to how rude the staff are, this isn't the only time too, last time I ordered a pizza here Instore ,after 10 mins my pizza was done and waiting on the side for me to collect it, however when I came in to collect it, the staff didnt bother to give it to me until 4 mins after I arrived cruz they were too busy chatting, get some better staff in cruz theee guys dont care about...
Read moreOne of the worst Dominos Pizza experience that I had in my live. Approximately 2 hours from the order I received my food completley cold. First I called twice to asnwer the phone you need to wait 15 min or more. Twice they said the food was arriving. Besides I did a formal complain and the reply was a 10£ voucher that I need to call and refer the situation to the operator. I send two other emails to the customer service representative saying that I wasnt satisfied with the answer no reply at all. This only demonstrates the lack of respect for customers and plenty of options are available so Pizza Hut next time! Thats a clear example of customer disregard and not maintaning a client base!
