Greggs — Restaurant in Wolverhampton

Don’t order from here. They just take orders online but they don’t care about customer’s money. I ordered 4 times from them and 3 times always missing items or wrongly prepared food. And today 24/10/2025 I received my order at work but my caramel mocha was missing and when I called them they don’t accept it. Annie makes my day.. I start off before my mornings here for work and at times pop by during the day for a second round of coffee! She is polite/friendly/professional and patient! When doing my black coffee she waits for the machine to finish rather than a couple of other staff members who pull it out early and add water to dilute the coffee which is not good.
