Absolutely appalling!!! Ordered my food for a big family £60pounds worth of food, they lost out big time, ordered at 6:15pm today, told me it was coming at 7:35, didn’t arrive. Called them at 7:40, they said they will give us 2cans of pop for free, still wasn’t there by 8:00pm, called them again asked to speak to the manager, the woman said call back in another hour, they’ve give you 2 cans of pop for free, I said no it’s not acceptable, waiting over 2hours for food the woman then replied go on the just eat app and cancel I wasn’t wasting more of my time, I told her I’m not cancelling it on anything else but the phone, she then replied but it’s on it’s way& I told her I will not accept the order if he comes to the door& he came to the door 20mins later and did I except it? No, absolutely no help at all 2 cans of pop for free? No thanks, we’re taking our money somewhere else, no excuse for this, they has enough time. All in all took near enough 3 hours to come. Don’t recommend it at all. On the other hand, I totally recommend, oregano In penn Wolverhampton!! Absolutely great! the best...

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! Orders pizzas last night through deliveroo, says online 2 extra large pizzas are £16.99 when delivered they was only large, cold and inedible. i contacted the shop to be told i was wrong and i ordered the large pizzas. The person on the phone then continued with there attitude and having ago down the phone, i then said i was coming down for a refund on that i was told to come down to the shop. On arrival the staff come to the door (with no mask on) saying we was in the wrong again and he was calling the police, he called the police because one of us was not wearing a mask (did no need to as we was outside the shop) the police then turned up (so he put the mask on) the police done nothing as it was nothing to do with them but again the member of staff carried on using his mouth putting all the blame on us and laughing. We ended up with pizzas that was no good and £35 down would not recommend...

Food was absolutely diabolical delivery time was horrendous service whilst calling the restaurant we were told time and time again that the food has left and there is really bad traffic. Traffic that takes nearly 3 hours to drive 10 mins from the city centre to Pendeford food got here at 6PM when i put the order through at 3PM when it got here it was freezing the quality of the food isnt much better the donner meat in the kebabs tastes store bought the cheese tastes really cheap the chips are nowhere near done.

Im not normally a person to put a review in but this place needs to be shut down and the owners/workers/both need to be made sure they never work in making, catering or serving food again.

If your from the oxley/pendeford area your better off ordering from pizza tower on...
