We have been frequent customers ordering from this particular Nandos for years, and despite them often messing up orders in some way, today it was unacceptable. I received a burger with black & mouldy avocado on it. it was very obviously rotten. Another family member had cheese put on his burger which it didn’t even come with originally, and he has an intolerance/mild allergy and could not eat the burger. they often put tomatoes which he also cannot eat and therefor spoil the order. but this time, it’s absolutely disgusting. we aren’t ones to complain much but we can’t ignore this. called customer service who only refunded the wrong order. even if we get a refund for the other burger, thats only about 20% of a refund for what we ordered. by the time we had sorted it, rest of the food was cold anyways. realistically, with a health and safety concern like this, there should be a full refund. never ordering from here again, and to be honest, probably never eating at Nandos again either. you’d think for a such a big chain they would have some sort...
