I Went online to book 2 afternoon teas as a 73rd birthday treat for my husband and as a pick me up for myself as I've recently been diagnosed with cancer. I thought I'd paid a £10 deposit on the 2 afternoon teas at 2pm. We arrived at 1.30pm. As soon as we entered our shoes were sticking to to filthy floor, we couldn't get to the bar for boxes of deliveries and 2 men who just wouldn't move until the young lady serving asked them to take a seat. I gave her my name and she pointed to a table. My stomach just did somersaults. The high seats were greasy, the tabletop and menus were so filthy and sticky I asked her to come and clean them. I asked if they employed cleaners and when it was last cleaned. My reply was we cleaned it this morning. Hmmm. Thinking we had 2 afternoon teas only to be told we had only reserved a table and could not now order the afternoon teas. Told we could however order from the menu, I ordered 2 Mocktails to use our deposit. Looking around and taking in our surroundings I was so very relieved that we had no food , there were open bags and boxes of sugar on the cocktail shelves, flies everywhere and dead flies on the floor around the table. The bar shelves were cluttered with vapes and other items. The 2 bar staff were friendly but running around and very stressed from clearing deliveres and serving cocktails to tables to clean. There was no way I would order food here, the place is filthy. Very old dirt in corners of the floor, around tables and on windiw ledges Im glad I didnt have a coat, I wouldnt hace put it anywhere. . Not a place I will return to or recommend. Such a shame as the decor would have been stunning if clean and not hung...

I booked this for my friends birthday and she is gluten intolerant. Before booking online I went into the bar to ask if they could do a gluten free alternative which they assured they could and to make a not online when we book.

We were greeted at the bar and asked if we have any dietary requirements which they should know as we made a note on the booking.

We booked the afternoon tea which was advertised as a selection of cakes, sandwiches and pastries but the gluten free alternative was a handful of olives, a few slices of ham, dry falafel and dry chicken nuggets.

When we asked if anymore food would come out we were told no. So there were no sandwiches or cake alternatives.

My friend complained (politely) about this and was told that they can’t give a refund on the food as she didn’t pay for it, she paid for alcohol and the food is given away free as a loop hole as legally the bar cannot charge so low for alcohol.

We were told that the bar don’t do refunds or credit notes so instead she could have another meal. The gluten free option was a bunless beetroot burger! She didn’t want another meal as we had other plans to get to.

The manager said he was not allowed to refund or give a credit note and the owner wasn’t in the store so my friend left her number and said she wanted a call from the owner.

I understand that it can be difficult to cater for gluten intolerance but we booked the meal well in advance and gave the bar the dietary requirements so this gives them plenty of time to make...

Absolutely had to shout out the fab crew at Parisian for making our office Christmas blowout a total smash two years running! šŸ™ŒšŸŽ„

Danny, our hero of the hour, worked his magic again, making planning a breeze (seriously, thank you Danny!) and giving a big thumbs-up to.. well, basically everything. A massive thanks to Charley and Scarlett, the dynamic duo who kept the drinks flowing and made sure we felt like VIPs all night long. šŸøāœØ The cocktails were a hit, and the boys loved the draughts on tap!

The venue is pure class with a dash of quirky chic—just perfect. As we settled in with our drinks, Paul swooped in, right on cue, to keep us entertained till the wee hours. He nailed every bit of our entertainment wishlist (Karaoke, pop divas, campy pop, obviously). We probably owe the team an apology for our enthusiastic, if not pitch-perfect, sing-along—but they handled it like champs. My vocal chords are still not yet quite recovered but I’m sure I’ll be healed up in time for next Christmas! šŸŽ¤šŸ˜…

If you're scouting for the perfect event space, look no further. Huge thanks for an unforgettable night, Parisian crew. See you next Christmas! Love, Team...

Yes Wolves! About time we started to claw a bit of cred back! Our city used to be the place to be and its been so dead for so long!!! The Parisian is a nice, quaint and in my opinion, great quality cocktail bar where the drinks are as strong and delicious as they are pretty! Really nice vibes in there on a Friday; friendly staff and very accommodating to help you with the menu. We got there and they were doing teo cocktails for Ā£12... bargain! And they were playing some tunes in there too! So at least we haven't ALWAYS got to go to Brum now haha... I think this would have the edge over Bohemian in my opinion! 03.07.21 - update, this place is STILL amazing lol... The staff are just incredible!!! šŸ˜ Genuinely, right from the security, all the way to the bar staff, everyone is just great - particular shout out to Danny who hooked me up with some of the most amazing tasting cocktails I've had in a minute! šŸ„³ā¤ļø Big love bro!

Been here on several occasions. Had some lovely food & cocktails but it's inconsistent. Lack of staff appears to be a problem & it shows. Bottomless brunch food came out almost at the end of our slot on the latest visit. Not sure I'd rush back tbh which is a shame because it's a nice vibe in there
