1HOUR 15 MINS ALLOCATED TABLE TIME~ it’s is like a food challenge without being aware of it! They even asked us to vacate the table even though there were over 6 tables empty!!!

To anyone BOOKING COMPLETE TWO BOOKINGS BACK TO BACK to allow yourself ample time to eat and drink in a relaxed way!

FOOD & SERVICE 5 STARS!! It’s a shame I am having to leave such a negative review of this restaurant as the food was so amazing and staff were so friendly.

I booked a table at 5.00pm when I arrived they stated they needed the table back by 6:15pm, I checked my booking as I was in shock how short the table allocation was and there it was in black and white 1 hour 15 mins. This is all they allow for a diner to read the menu, order, eat, and drink. It simply isn’t long enough we had one round of drinks and mains and didn’t even have time to have the deserts or a second round of drinks.

According to the email booking (attached) “We have a leave time in place to ensure all tables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before the next sitting. We really appreciate your co-operation at the moment to ensure the health and safety of all our customers and staff.” I have never been to a restaurant with such a short leave time 2 hours is the norm but an 1hour 15 mins is impossible to have a relaxed meal or catch up with friends.

The place was half empty but at 6:20pm the staff came over and asked us to leave as we were over our allocated time (I found this rather insulating especially after we had spent over £60). We had literally just finshed eating and still had drinks left and were about to order another round of drinks so it really was there lost as we went to an alternative bar.

After spending £60 in the burger shop between 2 people I felt like they had got our money and were ushering us out the door so they could squeeze more people in and drain more money from them. An 1hour 15mins Isn’t long enough for a table allocation the restaurant needs to urgently review this as they have lost a customer in both myself and freind as we won’t...

Fantastic Dining Experience with Outstanding Service

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful meal with friends last Sunday at this hidden gem. Our dining experience was made even more memorable due to the exceptional service we received.

Upon making our reservation, we mentioned that our friends would be bringing along their two furry companions. To our delight, upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Andras, our server for the afternoon. He not only accommodated our request for an outside table but went above and beyond by setting up a private space for us in the cosy warmth of the bar area instead to ensure we had the best experience with them.

Andras truly stood out with his infectious personality and genuine care for our dining experience. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our comfort did not go unnoticed. His recommendation of dishes and attentive service added a personal touch to the afternoon.

The restaurant's setting is a quirky delight, nestled under a charming railway arch. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the unique surroundings added to the overall enjoyment of the afternoon. The menu offered a diverse range of delectable options, and each dish we ordered exceeded our expectations in terms of flavour and presentation.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a combination of fantastic food, unique ambiance, and exceptional service. Andras and the entire staff created an unforgettable dining experience that has left a lasting impression on all of us. We look forward to returning and indulging in more culinary delights at...

Great place, staff need more training.

The restaurant is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the burgers are tasty with a great selection of Beers.

However, prior to my even getting my food, I did point out to a member of staff that when another gentleman and I arrived, dining separately, he had been served, eaten and paid before I had even received my food, I was informed that "we are very busy". Great. After 40 minutes, that is exactly what I want to hear. I didn't add that yours is not exactly a big place and should be manageable with two members of floor staff, surely?

Also, whilst this was at the end of what is I'm sure a busy lunch given the 'Rishi Discounts', I then had to chase up my cutlery with someone after sitting there with my food in front of me and watching the two members of staff crack on with other duties (despite their telling me they will be right back).

Finally, when I did get to tuck-in, my fries were literally swimming in sauce. I don't think that the price tag for a small bowl of fries and half a pint of Baconnaise reflects the mess that I was served up; nor was i checked back on by the staff so I could highlight this to them.

To be fair, you did knock the price of the beer off the bill, but I liked the beer, and would have happily paid for that and my fries had someone checked back and replaced them. I just think, that for the 'Gourmet-Burger' place this is trying to be, the front of house skills need...

Absolutely love Burger Shop Worcester. A first visit for us having recently moved to the area, and I can assure you we will be back regularly! Unassuming and tucked out the way this is a hidden gem. Nestled in the arches of the railway bridge, a few minutes walk from the City centre is a humble, yet well thought out and well delivered restaurant. The base menu is good enough, but the specials are what makes it. The burgers are just the right size to leave you full, but not feeling gorged (and I can eat). Local produce is excellent and the buns in particular exceptional - no falling apart as you devour your meal. Sides are sufficient, and we shared a couple amongst the table. Drinks are good, and equally many locally sourced. No kids menu, just order off the main menu and it comes as a smaller portion. Staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive, but not to the point of annoying as is the trend in so many restaurants now where you're not left to enjoy your meal. All round good stuff!! To quote the Terminator, I'll be back

Last minute dinner out before heading home and it did not disappoint! We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome.e and taken to our table where we admired the menu and made the tough decisions on what to order from the amazing selection. I had double bacon beef burger and my parter had the kimchi burger, we also had a side of skin on fries and onion rings. The onion rings were simply fantastic, great crispy batter covered fresh onion rings with a divine mustard mayo style dip. The fries had a slight salt and rosemary seasoning which was perfect with the burgers. Both the burgers were delicious and juicy whilst being perfectly cooked with a great crust on the patties and the bacon on mine being a perfect kick to the beef with well balanced layers of sauce and red slaw. The kimchi burger my partner, she informs me, was equally delicious and soon eaten to prove that. Great venue, great food and welcoming staff who were all amazing. Will be back soon.
