Incredibly disabled unfriendly. My husband has an invisible disability and was using the disabled toilet. Within about 5 minutes of him using it he had been approached several times by members of staff asking him to move as there was another customer waiting, even though there was another toilet free (which apparently the other customer couldn't use as it was a mens toilet despite just being a single toilet in a room where there would be no one else with them). My husband said he was using the toilet and asked them to use the other one and they still made a huge fuss.

Staff badly need training on inclusivity and the toilets should both be unisex instead of one disabled/ female cubicle and one male cubicle - men are disabled too! We will not be coming...

Was a little early for my train so thought I'd give this place a try. Looked great inside and the lady who served me was very smiley. I ordrered a Macchiato and an Almond Croissant. The server then explained a Macchiato to me in a questioning manner. I said I knew what is was (that's why I ordered it 🤔). She told ne to sit and they'd bring my order over The coffee was bitter and the croissant was not only cold but stale - pastry hard and filling almost slimy. So I left it. Another member of staff came and said 'I'll take that' and whisked my plate and largely uneaten croissant away without another word or a question if everything was ok. I had the worst experience at this café yesterday. The service was absolutely dreadful - easily the worst I have ever encountered. Despite the café being nearly empty (which should have been a red flag), the staff moved at a snail’s pace, barely acknowledging customers, and avoiding eye contact like it was their job.

The coffee? Terrible. Lukewarm, weak, and massively overpriced for what was essentially a disappointment in a cup. Everything about this place was subpar from the unwelcoming atmosphere to the lack of basic customer service.

If you're after bad coffee, indifferent staff, and an overall miserable experience, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid...
