Visited on a Wednesday evening. Relatively quiet - plenty of tables all clean and ready to sit at. Staff friendly and were served very quickly. Was lucky enough to stumble in during happy hour so got a couple of cheap pints of Madri! Food was lovely - I had the veggie burger and my partner the mixed grill. Food was hot and delicious and was brought out within 15minutes of ordering. Great value, great atmosphere, will definitely return

This place is underated. The food here is very very nice. We been in a few O'Neill's now and the food is absolutely outstanding. Hard to think it's owned by the same people who own Sizzling pubs. Ordere via the app and service was really good. Lovlee staff. Really clean and tidy and a great atmosphere.

So we revisited our once favourite pub (15 years ago) on a trip down memory Lane. So pleased to see it was in great shape a lovely refurbished venue great tapas menu and still reasonable prices. The tapas was wonderful! All credit to the team.

Just been for lunch with my sister wasn’t expecting a lot as it’s very reasonable for the price but when the food came out the burger was cremated and completely inedible from the grill either being too high of a heat or not clean it tasted like pure charcoal (only knowing this because I’m a chef myself) I politely and as nicely as I could just asked if it could be replaced (not mentioning any of this) for something else, everything else on the plate was lovely and my sisters food was fine so I didn’t want a refund to which I had a very condescending reply about the fact it was cooked on a char grill that’s why it tasted like that and a very impolite waitress who then refused to come over to us at all for absolutely no reason we were nothing but lovely! working in catering myself I was completely shocked by the poor service and definitely won’t be returning which is a shame because the gent behind the bar was lovely and the drinks were quite nice. I don’t understand why they took it so personally these things happen and I just initially put it down to a mistake. Maybe she was having a bad day 🤷‍♀️ either way not a...

This pub is absolutly scandalous!!? I never saw that before!!! The security gards are absolutly disrespectful, rude, really not shopkeeper!? They have asked our ID before to come. We have 30 years old, we are not teens! It's the first time that somebody in a pub asked us it. I had not mine. I had to walk during 30min to do the return to my flat to brind it with me, and be able to be with my friends. My friends has asked if it's OK when I come back with my ID to join them. They have answered YES. Once back, they forbade me to return. I'm still came back. And they screamed me to go outsite. I have done nothing broken and stolen!!! I never saw this in my life. The pub was empty, but understand why. I can not understand how they can speak like that and have this type of behaviour towards customers !!!!!??? This pub deserve to be closed and the security gards fired for insufficiency or malpractice!!!!

Do not recommend...

Horrified with our experience here. My partner sat down with our drinks and commented jokingly to us that the pint of Guinness wasn’t good.

Out of nowhere a red headed, tattooed member of staff approached our table (having eavesdropped) and had the audacity to call my partner ‘rude.’ He politely explained that it was a private conversation and not a formal complaint. He was, for the second time, called ‘rude.’ She insisted she was being ‘nothing but friendly’ when we began to defend ourselves.

If we had a genuine complaint, we would have spoken to the bar staff discreetly. This woman created a scene, embarrassed our entire party and threw entirely unprofessional accusations at a paying customer....
