I received the wrong order. When I called to let them know the response was sorry and nothing else. I had to ask if I could get my correct order. The cashier said ummm and put me on hold for an extended period of time. When the cashier returned she said yes I could get my order fixed then said nothing else. I had to ask how did they want to handle that. The cashier put me on hold again. When she returned to the phone she said you can come get new wings. I told her I would come now and asked if they would be ready when I got there or would I need to wait the 15 minutes it takes to cook once i arrived. She said we will make them now. When I arrived about 15 minutes later the wings were not ready. I waited an additional 15 minutes and the cashier had to ask where we're my wings. Someone in the back said oh I need to toss them (I got lemon pepper). I finally got the wings about 5 minutes after that and they were so salty we really couldn't even eat them. Also so everyone is aware they charge 60 cents for 2 pieces for celery. Mistakes like this happen and I think the young lady was trying but she clearly didn't have the training she needed to pull it...
Read moreUnfortunately this new store appears to suffer from the exact same issue as any other Buffalo Wild Wings... More times than not, the wings look like the ones in the picture (top) with barely any sauce. You can no longer select additional sauce or "wet" in the app, which usually led to a "normal" amount of sauce anyway, so now you have to bother the workers for additional sauce on the side when you get there instead, which is a hassle for everyone.
Also, for some reason one of the "boneless wings" was a bone-in flat that had been dredged and fried (the driest, wide wing there in the top section)... Good thing my wife noticed ahead of time and didn't...
Read moreOnly reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because although new this is the 3rd time something was forgot from my order 1st my celery & carrots (I let it go cause hey no big deal) 2nd time my large fries with my bonus bundle (by the time i realized it they were closed ) 3rd time today my sauce, my celery and carrots and 2 tenders out of my 5 piece (..... Is it me am I the problem) Not trying to be rude trying to show grace but its not looking good at the moment i tried calling the store with no answer. That being said i get it it a new store gotta work out the kinks but definitely need to fix this...
