Burger King — Restaurant in Aberdeen

Ordered and paid for a Whopper with cheese and a Large Fries on the side. Does anyone else notice you get a Whopper Jr. now instead? This is most definitely NOT a good ole Whopper from a few years ago. When One sandwich would fill you up. The fries shrink too. I don't want them to get jealous by not mentioning them. Over all the meal was at least warm. I guess old people expect more. Warm fries went to farmer Brown because they were thrown away after a certain time under the heat lamp. They change flavor once they are warm. I don't understand why I have to operate the card machine either. I had that function turned off. Back to the burger. Chunky lettuce. Three pickles (thank you). Onion was fresh. The right amount of ketchup and mustard. A regular slice of cheese. Not a small one, thank you for that too. Not sure how a patty that looks like it's properly cooked. I was in a strange town and bordering hangry so I looked for fast food nearby. I chose BK and I ordered a meal at the drive thru and when I got to the open window, a young man was fussing (not something a customer needed to hear imo) at the lady making my shake. After paying, I was told to drive around the front, even tho there was no car in line behind me. After a few minutes, the same young man came running out to my car, with my food in a bag. After accepting the food and thanking him, I reached for a French fry, I was in anticipation of a nice hot crisp salty fry, but I instead got a lukewarm soggy fry. I reached for the sandwich hoping it was a nice hot crispy original chicken sandwich. Nope, it was barely warm and leaning towards cool in temperature. I was starving and not mentally geared toward returning for hot food. Lesson learned, stay at the window and wait for hot food. That would be the only way I would...

Yes I went threw the drive thru. Ordered my food, had to go over it till cows flew home with the little young lady and she even repeated it back and the screen even showed it. When got to the window to pick up my food she was nice smiling and very talkative...I know why now my order was half and not even correct. When circled back thru the down town traffic and had park in lot next to it, I went in to ask for the rest of my other and was meet with a very rude and aggressive so called manager that most of been a relative or something to the lady at the window..
