Pulled in there this very early morning to get a coffee, no one in line. I pull up to the window, to see someone pour my coffee and sit it on the counter. Then he continues to do something else. Then someone walks by but doesn't tend to me. Then I proceed to sit there for an exorbitant amount of time, while NO ONE ELSE IS THERE. There is maybe one other customer indoors, while there were several employees. So, I left the coffee there. This slow service is a TREND there. Additionally, from getting coffee and food there before, there are no manners at all. I speak my order, and the response I get is, "come to window". How about a basic "THANKS FOR YOUR BUSINESS SIR"? Let alone a thanks. "Come to window" is a hell of a way to show appreciation for my business, paying for your expensive coffee and breakfast items that almost never come with napkins. Most everywhere else I go, I see that appreciation from businesses represented by all walks of life and I understand diversity, do you? I would not recommend the wakeup wraps there. As in other DD I go to, I'll get 2 with my coffee. Here, I get 2 stuffed in one envelope sometimes looking looking more like a mess. This place is close to me. Too bad I have to knock it off my breakfast food stop because the service is so bad. Also, too bad I couldn't...
Read moreThis place is completely clueless when it comes to customer service. I came to this location on 10/27/23 early in the morning for a quick coffee and donuts before work. The drive thru line wasn’t long but I decided to go inside since there was only one other person in there. Should be in and out pretty quick right? WRONG! I go in, I’m not greeted (which is the first thing in business, always greet your customers but no big deal) I stand at the checkout line waiting to order for a few minutes, and employees are just walking by. Finally someone comes over and asks, “are you looking for something?” since I was also standing next to the mobile order pickup and I say, “I’m waiting to order”. Instead of alerting whoever is manning the checkout line, she just says, “oh ok” and continues doing what she was doing. I stand there for another few minutes and still all 10 people behind the counter fail to acknowledge there’s a customer waiting to order. So I just walk out after 5 minutes of standing and waiting for help. I understand it gets busy but if you can’t manage all of 10 orders at 7am then I can’t imagine going to this place during lunch. If you’re going to run a business don’t hire a bunch of clueless employees to lazy to step...
Read moreTerrible experience here on Saturday August 9, 2014. Server ""Jonathan" rolled his eyes at me when I asked him if I could have my decaf coffee from the fresh pot. He then proceeded to ask me with an attitude what kind of coffee I wanted. When I said decaf - he rolled his eyes again and said with a fresh tone in his voice - what do you want in it? When I said "cream", he said - "don't speak to me like I'm stupid". Is this how customers are treated? I said to him - I am not speaking to you like you are stupid - he said "you are implying that I'm stupid.". I was with my husband and son and we were all stunned by his discourteous and ill-mannered tone and disrespectful attitude towards us. I answered his question - I was not rude in any fashion to him. However, he was extremely rude to me. Finally, another employee whose name I did not catch came over an apologized to me. I thanked him for his apology but did not receive an apology from Jonathan. Jonathan may need more training for this job - or maybe should look into another career that does not require any people or customer service skills, manners, professionalism, or...
