Nothing worse than poor customer service. There was Darlene at the counter, I walked up to her and said can you give me a price on a carton of cigarettes? She said gruffly "with an ID I could". And she walked away. I ssupposed she went to get the cigarettes, but 3 to 5 minutes later I found her on the other side of the counter running a different register than the one I approached her at. Rude, very rude and bad attitude, Darlene. She does not need to hold a customer service position! Then there was Gloria, who, having witnessed this, came to my rescue and asked could she get that price for me. She apologized for Darlenes actions and helped me out. Now THAT is customer service. Gloria needs a raise and Darlene needs to find a different type of work. I don't know why this WAWA has so many problems keeping good customer service representatives. Maybe they should try paying the good ones what they are worth and get rid of the ones that treat customers like they are bothering them. Nothing loses customers more than poor customer service!!! Read moreEverytime I come in there is a problem the employees don’t care they mess up consistently they always ignore you and today I went to get a sizzli I called and they said they would make my food but when I arrived and payed they all acted like they had no idea about it and then they made it a different way by toasting my bread and putting cold cheese and bacon on the sandwich I asked for a refund and the manager on duty ignored me multiple times I recorded her it was only when the police arrived she gave me my refund and I asked for her name and a number to the store leader and was refused all times the other employees apologized for her but then started following her and ignoring me she had a terrible attitude and got smart with me I had my receipt but she refused to give me my food...

I told him the soda ran out like there’s none in machine he just looks at me like I spoke another language👀 it takes less then 2mins to pop a new box in there and filter he ignored me to wipe the same counter he been cleaning since I walked in. I get to the register he has attitude don’t offer to scan my rewards card I had to ask I pay and he walks away. Very rude if it’s that time of the month stay home. deli/drinks can be a bit cleaner but it’s not filthy but coffee always out or low and island sticky but the energy is always nice and they get it done...
