Szechuan Inn — Restaurant in Aberdeen

If I could give this negative stars I would! This place is HORRIBLE. I don't know how their still in business!! My sister & I placed an order, the girl was so rude, hung up on me before I was able to order my drink & when I called back she was even ruder & lied and said she was the manager/owner. I got in my car and went to the Carryout only to be MORE disrespected by the same girl, she put her hand in my sisters face and told her she's not talking to her, and the owners I presume (older couple) were standing there allowing her to be disrespectful and accuse me of lying about the whole thing, so we refused to pay for the food or eat it. As we were sitting in the car on the lot trying to figure out where to eat a police officer knocked on my window and asked if we threatened her, or took film of her none of which were true. I couldn't believe this horrific restaurant was still in business after I talked to people around the neighborhood and found that they are known for that disgusting excuse for customer service! I will ADVISE YOU NOT TO GIVE THEM...

L31. Chicken & Beef Szechuan Style - this was the best single item I have ever eaten from any Chinese menu anywhere. I don't know who was working the kitchen today, but thank you! The fried rice was fresh and full of flavor. The Chicken and Beef were both tasty and very tender. The sauce was very well done with just enough spice to make it meaningful.

I have been coming here for years, but today really impressed me. I am not exaggerating, this was genuinely the most perfectly balanced menu item I've ever had. I will be ordering this item again!

Thank you very much for the most excellent meal I've ever had from a Chinese carryout restaurant.

02/22/2016- Followup - went back for lunch again to see if this was a fluke and I just got lucky, but it was just as delicious again today. I have found a winner and will keep coming...

I've never been so disappointed in a Chinese Takeout restaurant. I ordered bourbon chicken from them before, and got mediocre bourbon chicken. I ordered this last time and got some nasty Asian red barbeque sauce. I called them and asked for a refund for giving me the wrong food. They continued to argue with me saying that's how they make their bourbon chicken. EVERYONE knows that bourbon chicken is flavored with BOURBON sauce, not BARBECUE sauce. Then someone shows up at my door just to argue with me more (bourbon chicken is made with barbecue sauce, and just because other customers don't complain about it I shouldn't) and walks off without returning my money. Despite this fact, the person on the phone said I will be getting a refund, therefore if I don't get a refund I will create a claim if the charge still exists on my...
