We just had our daughter's 5th birthday party here at Harford Lanes and it was hands down the best party we have had yet. Not to mention, easy! They really do make it so easy to just show up and have fun with going above and beyond with providing the table cloths, paper goods, food/drink and an awesome semi-private room for guests. They frequently checked in on us during setting up to see how they could assist, were quick with providing all the children their bowling shoes, came to fix any errors with the lane due to kids going too quickly in a timely manner. The flow of the party didn't seem rushed at all. The kids had a great amount of time to bowl in the beginning as well as after pizza and cake. Multiple parents already reached out to say that was one of the best parties they've been to! We will 100% be back, both for parties and just open bowling. This bowling establishment was very rude and racist to my family. We paid for an hour of bowling time and then they shut down our lane when we still had close to 10 minutes left. When we went to ask about why our lane was shut off the guy at the front LIED and said our hour was up even though we still had time left. We are a family, so yes we can admit the kids were moving out of our lane a bit. But at the end of the day they are kids and we were always warning them to stay out of other's way. So to fault us because a child accidentally got a ball in another person's lane is completely ridiculous. Yes we were wearing street shoes, but we've done that at other bowling allys with no issues. We genuinely thought it wouldn't be a huge concern. Turning off our lane and dismissing us was not an appropriate way to handle the situation. It was very rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming.
