I scheduled my appointment for a bleach, color, cut, eyebrow color and wax. They gave me a four hour block but my hair was stubborn and didn't want to lighten so it went over. Thankfully Jenn had a team player, Abby, that was willing to help her out when her next appointment came in. I didn't get to have my brows waxed but I think I still got charged for it? Idk, not a huge deal if so or else I would've called to have it fixed. I kinda feel like I was taken advantage of. I was charged $45 for a haircut on shorthair and it didn't look like the picture I showed at all even after the girl reassured me she could do it also I saw her mess up my one side so she had to go back and make the side that was already done even shorter. I paid for a wash cut and blow dry after I arrived with hair that was still wet from me washing it at home and a blow dry on short hair after I said I never blow dry my hair... I just assumed it was part of a package deal, as Im leaving I get a list of the prices and realized I could have not gotten those things. Rhea is amazing she listens to what you want. I went to Florida for 5 months and waited until I came back to have my hair done THAT'S how much I LOVE her and the salon...products are top notch and the salon is a full service salon...nails,waxing,facials,massage,eyelashes, hair care for all and so much more!!
