Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Abilene

Ordered a pizza pepperoni and italian sausage on 12/31/2018. After eating it was puking due to the italian sausage tasting funny and having a weird odor and rubbery feel to it. Called today to speak with manager and the manager simply says to my fiance when she called. O well sorry ur sick maybe u drank to much and that was the cause. First of all i am 5 years sober and don't drink. I simply had my fiance try to give them a heads up. Didnt ask for it to be replaced and i get a ignorant response. Very unhappy with this company and considering contacting there regional manager to discuss there managers lack of reapect for customers. Its pathetic and i will let everyone know not to order from here due to lacl of respect from the employees who work here. I never once had said i needed it replaced but felt i was being a good customer to let them know incase there food is spoiled. Smh.... Now today non stop puking and diarrhea and disrespected by management.

I placed an order for pick-up and was denied my food upon pick-up. The manager at the time said she couldn't give my food because she would get in trouble with UE, seeing as though it didn't come up as a pick-up on their end. I provided my information detailing the order, and the excuses went from one thing to another anything to justify why I couldn't get my food. UE has done nothing to rectify the situation. They simply wanted the food obviously 🙄 Bums after being there and witnessing how nasty the environment was along with this woman's attitude I was no longer interested in eating from the establishment and would've been pleased with a refund. This place is disgusting, and the attitude of the manager was absolutely disgusting. They have zombies working under bitter management. No gloves, dirty floors, and counters, with the cooks eating as they prepare the foods. Disgusting! These people are employed, so they should be able to order the foods they desire instead of making excuses to hold on to customers' orders. I pray this woman gets some love and healing in her life because the attitude was terrible as if she wanted conflict, but she was alone in...

Hey I have to say it's a lot of work to find a good place to eat at now adays I have been eating here at Papa John's pizza for years and I can honestly say it is the best pizza in Texas trust me on that and the owner and staff are really nice people who have a great pie making business I will be there in about 1 hour and I will pay for four pizzas If you can get the Clue to Joe before I get there so I know where you are you have to write your answer on a plane white piece of paper that I will be able to read and give it to the owner Joe here we go if I am interested in a break from my drinking and night Life but can't do it alone and would like to get sober up from my addiction I have a good place for you to get help with it is just about a block away from Joe's pizza and there is a great hamburger joint across from the sober living resort what is the name of the sober...
