Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Abilene

I've always loved Domino's Pizza and the feeling hasn't changed. I always receive my order within 30 minutes or less after I've placed it and my food is always piping hot and fresh. They have the most amazing garlic parmesan bread bites that are super addicting. Sometimes I get so distracted eating them that, by the time I get to the pizza, I'm already close to being full. They are crazy good and they come in sixteen (16) and thirty-two (32) count orders. I'm also in love with their pizza and am especially partial to the hand tossed pizza crust. It's always perfectly golden and crispy on the outside and warm, soft, and chewy on the inside. I could eat it all day. Another reason why I love Domino's Pizza is the extreme ease in placing my order. People have the option of placing their order by phone or online (my personal preference). It's so nice being able to order directly from my cell phone or my computer (a lot of restaurants have this capability now, since COVID). Their online ordering portal allows you to be as specific as you want. You can split your pizza in half and order different toppings for each side. You can also choose Light, Normal, or Extra of EACH topping for a full pizza or a pizza that is half and half, based on each family member in your home. The online ordering portal also has areas where you can type in special instructions on how you want your pizza(s) made. Domino's menu has tons of options to choose from. Besides pizza, they have a variety of chicken and chicken wings, different specialty submarine sandwiches, pasta dishes (like chicken alfredo, chicken carbonara, pasta primavera, even a build-your-own pasta dish), stuffed cheesy breads, garlic and parmesan bread twists and bites, salads (classic garden and chicken caesar), desserts (Chocolate Lava Crunch cakes, cinnamon bread twists, and their Marbled Cookie Brownie, which is a favorite of mine 😍) and, of course, they have a variety of bottled sodas and water that you can order with your food. The last three times we ordered pizza from Domino's, we had the same delivery driver, who was very friendly and efficient each time he brought us our food (**BONUS: they have contactless delivery for everyone's safety!). As far as pricing, Domino's Pizza always has fantastic Coupons that you can find online, on their website, in the phone book, in your mail, and in the local newspaper (you can also sign up for FREE on their website to have coupons delivered every week to your email address). I've never had to pay over five dollars and ninety-nine cents ($5.99) for a medium, two topping pizza from Domino's, which is an excellent price in my opinion! All in all, I would absolutely recommend ordering from Domino's Pizza, especially on days or nights that you are hungry for something hot, fresh, and delicious, but don't feel like cooking or if you're just craving some good ol’ comfort...

This is the nastiest most unprofessional store I have ever seen. Originally ordered a thin crust pepperoni and light Italian sausage pizza when I got to the store I was shown an uncut burnt pizza the manager was informed and took it to the cutting table and the lady behind the divider cut the pizza and then took a slice he then showed me the pizza with the missing slice while the lady behind the divider was eating it (manager was completely unaware of his surroundings) I asked can you make a new one please he said it would be about 15 minutes and I said that would be fine in those 15 minutes I observed one employee picking up trash off of the floor wiping her eyes and her nose with her hands and going back to prepare the dough without washing her hands then I observed the another employee behind the divider at the cutting table digging tickets out of a trash can then went back to The Cutting Board without washing her hands this store was so dirty I literally took pictures of the dirt on the floor the mess on the counters the disorderly countertops with trash and napkins and boxes everywhere I've worked for Domino's and I never ever have seen a store look like this one I did inform the manager of everything I saw and let him know that I would not be taking the pizza he remade due to the fact that I did not want to feed that to my kids because of everything I had seen I am informed him that I would be calling corporate and ask him for the information on the GM of the store which I will be calling tomorrow the scariest part was when I was talking to the manager he quote sad I didn't know it was this bad just kind of scary considering he knew it was some type of bad he just didn't know it was this bad I will never order from the store again and I will be posting pictures of what I saw if you choose to order from the store I strongly suggest you go watch them make your pizza because you never know what you...

Very disappointed after tonight and I don't think I'll be ordering from here anymore. I ordered a pizza for free using my points and prepaid a tip online. The tracker said my order was delivered but it never actually arrived. I tried to call the store right away, but I was on hold for almost 10 mins and no one answered. So I hung up and went to the app and reported it. It only offered points or a percentage off my next order, neither of which I wanted (I just wanted a refund) . I called the store again and after a few mins on hold I spoke with a lady named Cora. I told her what happened and she placed me back on hold. A few mins later a lady named Shama picked up the phone and I had to explain again what happened. She said she would ask the driver what happened when he got back and would call. An hour went by and no return call. A few more mins went by and all of a sudden the driver shows up to the door only to hand me a pizza 2 hours after I ordered it. There was no explanation or apology or anything.I didn't want the pizza at this point and just wanted a refund, and we already made other arrangements for dinner since this...
