Fazoli's — Restaurant in Abilene

It's a nice fast casual restaurant. It's great tasting pasta. My only issue was I found the chicken to be Salty, it really doesn't need to be salty because it's being mixed with cheese, seems to be an Abilene trend lol, I don't know if they brine the chicken lol. So if you got high blood pressure becareul of the chicken, I didn't eat all my chicken pieces. The meatballs were perfect, and again, the pasta was really good. I had the baked ziti, pesto, and the flavor was amazing. The breadsticks were ok, again a little salty and a little oily deff not the ehm ehm other famous store kind. The cheesecake was amazing. the service was great if you're dining in, they bring it to the table, but you have to order at the counter. Staff was friendly and patient. All in all, I liked the food, and the prices were great. I just think a little less salt on the chicken, and it would have been perfect. But deff...

I don't know how this place made it to a 4. 2 star must been all people who will eat anything cuz clearly this food taste like sht. I mean nothing tastes good literally they don't have real sugar for tea ,real sauce, real meatballs, just disgusted it made me get up an leave an go to another restaurant i could not even eat that sht. if you want good noodles you might as well go to Walmart and get the pack of Alfredo which tastes 30 times better even the bread burnt nasty I mean burnt old food u get just tangy i see why its never full an never have more then 4 cars in parking lot. I promise u the people that like this place is people who don't know how to cook, haven't had good food ever and definitely do not have a taste bud i promise u that.. i have a request can yall please closed down an let another restaurant have yall spot it will help this...

My husband,nephew and myself went to your store. My husband ordered first a number 12. My nephew ordered baked spaghetti and I ordered a baked Ziti, plus 2 drinks. When our food was brought to our table my husbands order was not on there. We looked at the receipt no number 12. No apologies were made for the mistake the girl just walked away my husband followed her to the register and ordered his food. The original person who took our order never said a word to us. When she brought his food over once again no apologies for not getting the order right. When we left we walked right by the original person who took our order and she didnt even tell us good night or even acknowledge us or thank us for dining there.
