I bought a bottle of liquor from here on Christmas Eve, I accidentally removed my card and was told it would show pending and not be charged twice for the amount. I ended up being charged twice, which isn’t a problem. I called to let them know what was up and the person who I talked to caught an attitude as soon as i brought up the situation. My fiancé is deployed and the account is in his name. I am unable to dispute the charge because of that. It’s not the charge at this point that I am upset about it’s the poor customer service. I wasn’t giving an attitude at all and when he asked what he could do to make it right I asked if he could please return my money and he said there was nothing he could do. We called around and they did have the best prices in town and the staff was great. Very friendly, however the issue was we purchased 3 kegs and several bottles of liquor for a wedding. One of the kegs wouldn’t tap for whatever reason, (yes we know how to use it) when we took the keg back the gentleman said sorry there’s nothing we can do for you. Didn’t offer to replace it or any type of refund. So one less Keg for the wedding and $150 down the drain 😩! We would have been fine if they would have at less offered to try to work with us, or even a partial refund. He did say he would let the distributor know. I was happy to see they have my favorite beer, Lagunitas Daytime IPA. When I got home. I cracked one open and noticed it tasted bad. I checked the date under the can and discovered it expired 3 years ago, 2022. I called the store to see if they could make it right before leaving a negative review and they refused to correct the situation. I normally support local businesses but this is one local business that does not care about their customers. If I could give zero stars I would.
