Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Abilene

Wife called in for a large chicken barbecue pizza. Over half the pizza had absolutely no chicken on it and few pieces had one, maybe two pieces of chicken. The rest was ok. Threw over half the pizza away. Ate what was left. Absolutely pathetic!!! Call the manager. Never know if it's the real manager. Told him about how half the pizza didn't have chicken on it, one or two pieces of chicken Maximum. He told me he had made that pizza and that he thought it was a magnificent pizza. Give me a break. Their has never been a magnificent pizza made at CiCis ever. Told me I could bring the pizza back in and rearrange it or make a new pizza. Told him, from where I live, I would not be bring this POS pizza all the way back for any reason. It's my fault for even considering her to buy a pizza from CiCi's. What can you expect when you have TRISOMY 21S, DRUG ADDICT AND OR HIGH SCHOOL DROP OUT's Making your food. Some people like CiCi's pizza. Their the ones who are 200 or 300 pounds over weight, who don't taste their food to begin with. They just shove the pizza down their throats as fast as they can and chase it with coke and repeat it again and again till they can barely walk out. Plan and simple. CICI'S PIZZA...

We love going to Cici's & have been to several all around Texas. It was our first time going there and sadly I wasn't impressed. When serving ourselves there was not one pizza fresh & hot. So I waited and decided to get a salad. Everything was fresh there until I got to salad dressings. Both ranch dressing bottles was almost completely empty and my favorite dressing (Thousand Island) completely finished. I just found it amusing because I counted 5 employees all around in the area chatting up a storm since the moment we arrived. Talking loud and laughing loud. Come on, why couldn't they keep up with things instead of doing all that talking. I'm pretty sure there was a few more employees in the back room as well. Before we left, I went to the restroom and it was a mess! Toilets dirty and no soap in the dispenser. If you're going to have that many employees at 4pm on a Friday before the dinner rush, someone should have been cleaning up that restroom! I'll admit this is not the first Cici's I've been to that was like this but I have been to much better and cleaner ones too. I do believing in giving second chances 🤞so here to hoping next time will be better with...

I was there Friday night to pick up an order of two pizzas, and while waiting for 15 minutes I noticed that the cook was back there goofing off on his cell phone. And after 15 minutes of waiting, for some reason they only had one of the pizzas ready? So I guess that someone dropped the ball and wasn't paying attention to doing their job correctly? Why would you only prepare one of the pizzas on an order that was for two pizzas? So after 15 minutes of waiting the guy tells me that it'll be like 5 more minutes or so for the other pizza? Is that fair to the customer that one of their pizzas is going to sit there already made for 10-15 minutes while their other pizza finally gets prepared? And Doordash only gives us a maximum of 15 minutes before drivers start getting dinged for late deliveries and I can't sit around for 30 minutes waiting due to incompetence and unnecessary mistakes so I canceled the order...
