Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Abilene

My husband and I visited this HORRID bww against my better judgement....NEVER AGAIN. Aside the fact that myself nor my husband have been able to eat since because we have been in the bathroom on and off. The service was TERRIBLE. The heavier set short blonde bartender that waited on us at the bar was ridiculous. She spent atleast 15-20 minutes at a time trying to converse with the men at the end of the bar (clearly she decided they were the only ones worth her time because she never said more than two words to us other than helping taking our order for wings and even getting that order in took atleast 30 min because she wouldn't come ask if we were going to eat when clearly we had been looking at the menu forever) I would ask for a drink.....and only after she was smitten a few times and served 4 other beers or drinks THEN she would begin making my drink. I'm okay with it taking time but I'm NOT OKAY WITH BEING IGNORED I am not the kind of person who gives waitresses or bartenders a hard time because I have experience in the field but it was CLEAR what she was doing. Here's a tip BDUBS if you have women who are going to only wait on groups of men and flirt at the bar as if they are there to socialize then make them waitresses please. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I was there from about 4-6:30 on Wednesday September the 28th. I am choosing to rate this location one star because I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I was with my family and I had a terrible experience with the host, our waiter and even the manager. When we got there, to begin, our host barely even said a word to us. My sister-in-law and I were carrying my niece and nephew and he started walking to our table without even waiting for us. Next, our waiter seemed "bothered" by our order. When she came out with the food we told her that we were still missing some sides and she came out with the wrong things. Not to mention it took over an hour to get our food which was also cold. She didn't bring out any napkins or straws. We waited for about 15-20 minutes to see if she would come back and she never did. I finally got up and went up to the host to tell him what had happened and he literally gave me a look as if I was stupid. He completely ignored what I had to say and didn't even bother to tell our waiter we were waiting for her. Our waiter came around to a table nearby but ignored us anytime we tried to get her attention. Finally, after maybe 40 minutes, we asked another waiter to bring out the manager for us. When the manager came out, we told her everything and she did not care one bit. She did NOTHING to make our experience better. We just got boxes to go and left. Our most recent visit was far and away an awful experience. Our server appeared overwhelmed when she initially approached our table and mentioned being short handed. I expected some delays, but wasn't in too much of a hurry. We ordered drinks and apps within a few minutes of being seated. Our drinks took 10 minutes or so, and another 20 minutes later Our server came back around and confirmed out app order, which she hadn't put in yet. We attempted to order our meals, but she couldn't be bothered. A little later she did take our meal order, ignoring the empty drinks in front of us. Eventually our appetizer arrived, cold. Brought by another staff member. The party seated behind us, a group of 5 vs our 2, had been seated well after we arrived, and had already finished their meal - even commenting to us about how long we had waited. At the 1 hour mark, I flagged down a different server, who refilled my drink, and went to check on our meal. It had not yet been started so we asked her to cancel it. She was quick to try and make things right. Voiding our uneaten items, offering various corrections etc. She was 10/10 for the few minutes we remained.
