7/22/2017 Saw a sign that said this store is under new management... Will be visiting soon... And changing my previous review I don't know what to say about last night's visit March 31st,2017 @ 8:30pm... This is the first time I have ever had a piece of fish from long John silvers that was cold... What made it worse was that each of our plates had one fresh piece and one that was room temperature. We ordered fries as a side which was pointless not only were they cold the ketchup dispenser was empty... a little old lady asked for more but they never brought it out and she wound up leaving... Upon placing our order the girl at the register was talking to the staff in the back and was not really helpful when I asked her what the family meal cost... And what it came with... The price on the 12pc was missing and probably still is... She chuckles and points upwards sarcastically and I replied to her with "So it's $2.99" "Oh" she says when she notices the numbers missing... So I order the sampler platter instead because I'm not paying $31 for cold food... Thank God I did... my other question...Why they offered us fries automatically when they didn't have any ketchup out and the fries are coming out cold... My wife is pregnant and her fish was very salty but mine wasn't...I really don't know what to say other than I'm very disappointed with this location and am going to try the one on buffalo gap... The coleslaw was good I guess regardless ONE STAR FOR THE COMPANY NAME... This location needs improvement......
Read moreI am very upset about the execution of my online order. First off, this location is very run down. The building looks dilapidated inside and out. It doesnt look or smell clean either. The employees aren't friendly. In fact, they're pretty much guaranteed to be grumpy and service is SLOW. The worst part is they're always confused. I go in for my order.. they dont know where it is and usually after some arguing amongst themselves they'll give me someone else's order. This has happened twice now. Yesterday the usual confusion ensued at pickup which makes it take forever to get food you ordered ahead. The girl at the register couldn't figure out which food was mine. She ask if I ordered something that belonged to another order and I told her no. I told her exactly what I ordered. She goes in the back and argues with the cook. He insists the box he picked up was mine. Well, later on when its time to eat... the order is wrong. I got 2 of the 6 pieces of fish I ordered and none of the hush puppies. They do not print out any sort of sticker or identification to put on the to go boxes so they have no clue what is what. They probably regularly mix up orders! I tried calling for hours to tell them about the mix up and no one ever answered the phone! I submitted a complaint to the owner who offered to pay for the mishap but never sent any coupons like he said he would. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS LOCATION?? EASILY THE WORST IVE...
Read moreAbsolutely fantastic!! I drove through on my way home to AZ from FL and the staff was so friendly and helpful, a true classic way of Customer Service. Everyone seemed like family behind the counter. After many hours on the road I was able to sit down somewhere with a dining room all to myself and just chill with some good food and a movie. I was actually doing a Happy Dance in my seat. I had a wonderfully tasty, perfectly cooked meal. I wish LJS would come back to the West in this Old School way, how do we make this happen as the ones hooked onto Taco Bells, etc are HORRIBLE! (No Crispies, teeny tiny pieces of protein, oil soaked tiny hush puppies, no crispy battered edges, a weak serving of fries and Vinegar in Packets that hold like a half a teaspoon - and I get attitude when asking for a bag full as I use about half a bottle every time) Can a manager or worker please respond back with me as I NEEEED to buy some bottled Malt Vinegar and can't find it anywhere online. I should have purchased a case instead of just two bottles while visiting. I could absolutely kick myself. Keep on Keeping On! And a Big Thank You to the Staff for one of the best road food experiences of my entire trip....
