Terrible treatment of customers. Asked for a handful of ketchup packets for me and my friends's almost $30 order, manager looked me right in the eye and said (in a rather rude/loud way) "You ain't gettin' a handful of anything." I know how the food industry works, I understand the costs of ketchup packets, I sympathize with the workers and admire their ability to endure very stressful work in a never-ending industry, however that does not give any employee, especially a manager the right to treat your customers like that. First of all I was not being impolite to anyone, and my whole party had to wait almost half an hour for our food in an almost completely empty restaurant with about 2 cars in the drive-thru. Secondly, our order totaled up to almost $30 like I said, we ordered a lot of food; About 3 meals with several extra burgers, large drinks and fries, and also ice cream was apparently not enough food to warrant some extra ketchup packets. Now even if the price of ketchup was an issue, I would have been willing to pay extra for them, but the manager didn't even give me the option, she just straight up told me I wasn't going to get any extra; however that being said I know for a fact that this particular Mcdonald's does not have any financial issues, considering they are smack dab in the middle of one the absolute most busy and populated areas in the city, with the bonus of being placed like maybe 200 ft away from the mall if even AND ARE ALWAYS PACKED. Not going back unless they add like a ketchup pump or condiment bar, LIKE EVERY OTHER MCDONALD'S OR PRETTY MUCH ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT HAS.

Read moreWent for breakfast this morning. The service and management was terrible. They messed up on our food and our ice coffee was all cream. I went to the front to have it corrected. I approached them kindly because I knew they were very busy. The first thing the lady at the counter said to me was "I don't drink coffe so I don't know how it should taste" and it was rudely said. So I explained to her how I wanted more coffe than cream. The manager the came over and said rudely "what's the problem " so I told her. She took the sandwich from my hand. Didn't apologize. She seemed mad. So when she brought the correct sandwich, I explained that I was not trying too.i complain but we want the correct order we paid for that is on our receipt and I felt like everyone was mad and rude that I asked for it they way I ordered. She looked at me crazy and boldly said she understood but yet she had 2 employees laughing at me. My coffee was then handed to me the exact same way it was before!! ALL CREAM! I told the lady this is the same all I wanted was coffee w a splash of cream. She wouldn't even look at me but looked at themanager and said omg this woman asked for ice coffee with cream she asked for cream. Again rude! I lost my cool. I begain to look up numbers to report this craziness. A nice worker Rosalinda who apologized for them helped me out. This lady was so kind and deserves a promotion. Read moreI would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone. Pull up at 3:50am drive-thru girl says to me "we only accept cash" very rudely with no explanation. I had every card and debit card except for no cash on me. My daughter says to me Mom she is so rude. I said we really like the food so I will just go get some cash real quick. I drove right across the street got cash and went back within 5 minutes. I pull up to the window she says rudely we don't have any food except for breakfast right now. At this time I decided this was twice rude so I drove off. I did ask the janitor as I drove around the first time could you tell me why they don't accept any cash right now he explained that corporate closes it out between 4:00 and 6:00 so that's the only reason and was so very kind. Had it not been for that janitor I would not have drove around the second time. I will no longer ever go to that McDonald's again which was a spot that we basically went to almost every other day. If that is the kind of people skills that is at customer service windows for McDonald's I would not ever recommend that McDonald's again. To be quite honest I'm not sure if we will ever go to McDonald's again. As a nurse manager and in positions for over 20 years I think this was probably one of the worst I had seen.
