I believe her name was Ayana, she was very rude and pushy. I’m assuming the store was about to close however the doors were still open so I walked in to make a purchase. She had another employee turn the lights off leaving me and others to shop in the dark. As I’m looking she is following me around the store in a rushy way hurrying me along to make my purchase, she proceeded to take the items I had in my hands and ring them up even though I was still shopping. She totaled me out three separate times because as I stated I was still shopping. She was very rude and unprofessional I still ended up spending $95 but do not think I will be returning because of her poor customer service and will definitely not recommend her to anyone! This is by far one of my favorite stores in Abilene, Rose Quartz is my other. They always have cool new items to check out! I love their little incense bags that are handmade in India!
