I placed an online order as I walked in my phone said still being prepared. 1 minute later it moved to the your food is ready so I said name at counter. Immediately the lady said very rudely you cancelled that we just made now it says cancelled which I did not . She got manager which was very snippy said I will show you right here itās cancelled so proceeded to show my phone where it was no where cancelled and looked on my bank account and it went through. I said what can I do she said absolutely nothing I said can I re order she said NO I canāt do anything on my end so I said can I make a new order and dispute this with the company so thatās what I am doing. So I go back to re order and my rewards were gone because of course that first order had went through. I look at previous orders and the one from 4:57 was complete and now the 2nd order for 5:00 is completed! The fact that they were so quick to jump at the situation rudely is terrible costumer service and gave no advice just continued to say you cancelled nothing we can do. But now as itās all done both transactions have cleared my bank account if I cancelled it wouldnāt be there. If you do not know how to have customer service you should not work with the public and especially be a manager with no abilities! The photos below clearly show 2 orders were placed and completed! I did order online and didnāt realize that the delivery fee was six dollars. However I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, so I thought, and it came out to be $10 so I was like oh that makes sense. When the DoorDash driver came I was confused and called KFC and said I donāt understand what happened I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries and I didnāt get the sandwich, just fries (and barely any of that all Soggy) And instead of explaining it to me nicely he was rude and just said you didnāt order it you didnāt order it and I said oh wait I think I understand what happened, my badā¦can I please order a sandwich and have the delivery driver come back just please donāt charge me the delivery fee because I made a mistake and he was so rude mean and then hung up on me!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I want to preface by saying that I had a horrible experience on Sunday. My 2 year old son and I were out running errands when my daughter called and asked us to get fried chicken. My son freaked out because he didn't want to get out of the car again, so rather then go to the grocery store, we drove the extra 20 minutes to KFC. We waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes (and if you've never been in their drive thru you know that once you're in it, there's no way out) and then when we got home we saw that our chicken was burnt, some food was missing or prepared incorrectly. I was FUMING. I sent an e-mail to KFC to complain as I didn't want to write a review before talking to them. On Monday I received a phone call from their manager, Chanel (I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong!), who was so sweet. She apologized and offered to remake my same order herself if we would give them another chance. Sure, I mean, what do I have to lose? The worst that would happen is that I'd waste the 35 minutes of driving. So today after running some errands my dad, son, and I drove over to pick up the food. Chanel was so incredibly wonderful and we were so happy that not only did we get everything we had ordered the other day, but everything was hot and fresh and cooked to perfection.
