I went there around dinner time. And I went inside because the line for the drive through was wrapped around the building. I understand it was dinner so that wasn't the problem. The problem was I ordered my food and waited for it for 20mins. They gave me my frostys first then I waited the 20mins for my food. So my frostys were melted. While I'm waiting for the food the employees were rude and talking to ex employees waiting for a current employee to get the discount on food. They are cursing to each other. The cashier said she was going to call out and didn't care about the place. You don't say that Infront of a line of customers. You have ex employees going behind the counter and taking frostys to eat while they wait. The inside was disgusting. they were so sticky that my foot actually came out of my shoe no lie! They gave me my food and told me I had everything when I didn't even have any of my fries. She told me I had everything when I didn't. I think I know if I had everything. Who I thought was the manager was on his cell phone while getting food together. it was ridiculous. I finally got home and they forgot the chicken nuggets and the burger rolls were stale and the frostys had to get refrozen and were terrible. Read moreElection Day, 2020. We pulled up and tried the dining room door. Locked. Pulled around to the drive thru. Employee asked what we wanted. We ordered a meal with Swiss cheese which we switched to cheddar cheese. I asked about a coupon that offered a free egg and cheese wrap. They had no idea because the rest of the coupon was in Spanish. She told me she didn’t know because it was a different language! I ordered another wrap because the coupon said “with purchase”. Told to come around; no total. Got to the window and she said the cost was $7.09. Gave her $10.10 and received three $1 bills as change. (Don’t care about the penny but it would’ve been nice to explain). She asked what drink went with the meal. We said coffee. She handed a bag of food and coffee. I was waiting for my two wraps. She asked if we were waiting fir anything else. She said that the Free Wrap was in the bag! No other items. AND NO RECEIPT!! I’ve been in Customer Service for over 46 years and I’ve never experienced such shoddy service; and I’ve had some really bad service before. This makes me NOT WANT TO GO TO WENDY’S AGAIN. Read moreI’m not sure what is going on at the drive thru. I stop from time to time to order a burger with no onions and an unsweetened iced tea. There’s no telling what I’m going to get. I’ve never received a burger without the onions, even though I ask before proceeding, that it’s on the order. I’ve received a terribly sweet grape drink that I had to throw away. Today, I got the iced tea but no burger and had to drive around a second time to reorder the burger. Of course it came with onions. Also there were two packs of sriracha sauce in the bag. What the heck? There were no apologies for messing up the order. I know he heard me order the burger the first time through, because he asked me if I wanted a combo or just the sandwich. Normally, you can review your order before proceeding to the window, but the order taker flashes the screen off immediately so you can’t see it. I hate this Wendy’s.
