Terrible experience ,we usually go to the Wade Green Road location,but was in the area so it's where we ended up. Ordered our food,not sure how my $8.89 combo meal ended up being $10.29,I got the #2 classic,didn't upsize drink,I did ask to sub 4 piece mozzarella sticks, but have NEVER been charged extra for that. Husband Ordered 2 chicken ranch wraps and chocolate shake,which shake looked like a children's cup,but somehow cost $3.89?? Really embarrassing that you serve something that small for almost $4. So we proceed to the drink station,and there's no tea only soft drink station. Apparently at 6:43 pm they are already closing down the tea ,and you have to request the employee to get your tea from a pitcher behind the counter. Kept waiting and waiting for our food to be ready.We watched at least 3 cars go through the drive thru and get served,while we continue to wait. Finally after about 13 minutes,they call our name for our order. My sandwich is pretty much not even lukewarm,roast beef is in a big clump,but we don't feel like waiting anymore,so we eat.Awful food,terrible just terrible. Now I know,please just stick to the Wade Green Rd location. As we are about to leave,we want to get a refill on our sweet tea.3 or 4 employees just stare at us,and we ended up asking a young girl that looked and seemed to be special needs to help us.She goes over and doesn't know if the tea in the red pitcher is sweet tea,so she has to shout down to the 3 other employees and ask them,and they proceed to holler back yes it is,so she pours us a refill. Hoping to not get an upset stomach tonight from the cold roast beef. Definitely need to figure out what's going on at this location.That store is relatively new so no excuse for the lack of service and really really crummy food. Seems like a bunch of kids running it,and it desperately needs some adult supervision. Busy exit right off the 75 interstate,with LOTS of choices of places to eat.Come on Arby's, do better!! Read moreThis was my first time to see the different layout of the restaurant. I normally go to another Arby's and that want to see old style I guess. While this one seems to be under a design more streamlined. I like the new look. Now as far as service service. Fantastic. The manager Austin waited on me is long with three of his employees. Unfortunately I did not get their names. But everyone was welcoming helpful after we needed anything to quick care of us. Highly unusual for a fast food restaurant. I think I'll start coming to this one instead of my old one. Now the food we had the new burger with elk, venison and beef mixture. We love this new burger. As a matter of fact, between the three of us have visited, we ate four! I did find that I ordered the cherry sauce on the side because it was kind of overwhelming with the amount that came on the first burger. By having on the side you get really taste the quality of the meat. I also tried the fish with the hush puppy breading and it was also excellent. So overall great experience and nice looking restaurant. Extremely clean. Service top notch. Food was outstanding. So now this is my new favorite Arby's. Thanks, Austin and the crew. Read moreThis Arby’s is the closest to my house. I come here a lot, however, I do not see myself coming back again soon. I noticed another review that was posted that was identical to my experience. I came to this location on 10/28 around 8:23. The lady put me on hold on the speaker and then seemed inconvenienced that I wanted to order food. I waited in a long line, and when I got to the window, I wasn’t able to get my food because they ran out of bacon to make it. She was very rude at the speaker and when she also let me know this at the window. I was really bothered with how disrespectfully I was treated for no reason. I also noticed after I left she immediately went out to the floor to play around with her friends. I live super close to this Arby’s.
