I was in the drive thru this morning around 9:00. The same girl at the pickup window, I remembered last time she was hard to deal with. Rude & disrespective, & Still is... She handed me the food & medium drink without saying anything, then she closed the window on me... I waited there at the window till she opened the window. She opened the window, I told her, I ordered a Large Drink. She had the nerve to tell me, I ordered a medium drink, as if she was a mind reader... I know what I ordered at the speaker, & it was a Large. I come here quite often for breakfast, and I always ask for... This girl is a non believer. She makes me out as lier.. I know what I ordered at the speaker, and that was a #8 with a Large Unsweetened Tea. Since the order taker did not repeat my order, I'll assume the order is correct, so if you charged me for a medium & I didn't find out till I picked up my order at the pickup window, don't go accusing me for your mistakes.. McDonald's employees made a mistake by not repeating my order at the speaker, so that ignorant girl at the pickup window should've shown some kind of respect or some politeness and replace the drink for a Large that I've ordered in the first place, instead of have me go inside to get what I ordered. I can't believe you still let that girl work there at a public fast foods? That girl is not a people person. She does not communicate well with customers. A matter a fact, she does communicate at all, that I've noticed when picking up my. & when or if there's. Not one kind word comes out of her mouth... If I were the boss, I'd fire her on the spot once I found out she told a customer in a rude aggressive voice to respect her... That's what she demanded from me in the past, all because there were no hash browns in my bag, that day I've order a #2. This same girl gave me my order without hash browns. I asked her, where's my hash browns? She told me, I did order hash browns. I asked her, how can she tell me what I ordered? I know what I ordered. I told her, a #2 comes with hash brown. She got angry with me and raised her voice at me and said: "You Respect Me!" She was out right rude & disrespected towards her customer, she she should've be fired on the spot! I was there this morning. I saw that same girl there at the pickup window. Another mistake McDonald's made, But that girl still didn't change her attitude. She is still disrespective. & I should say, a mute. The reason I say that, I don't hear any type of greeting from her. She not a...
Read moreMcDonald's tried to pull a past one on me yesterday morning in the drive thru at 9:45 am. Sunday, 3/17/24. I ordered a #8 Becon Bagel, but the order taker did not repeat the order back to me, she just told me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, the cashier did not tell me the total cost of the meal, I just handed her my credit card. She just hands me the receipt with my card. I read the receipt, it was higher than expected. I drove up to the pick up window, I asked the girl to repeat the order, she did. It was a #6 which I did not order. A #6 cost more than a #8, I ordered a #8 and I told the girl I wanted the difference back into my credit card. "Don't think I don't know the difference in prices between the two meals: #8 and #6. And why are you trying to swap an even exchange for a meal you charged more for that I did not order?" The girl just made an even exchange and left it at that without reversing my money back to my credit card! I had to open the window to call out to someone to give me back my money, so the African American girl comes to the window and gives me back the difference In change.. why would she do that? I paid with credit card, I expect to get the same amount I was do back on my card, through their mistakes? I am still not satisfied how they handled this situation, & no one ever apologized for their wrong doings & mistakes.... Was there a reason for not repeating my order at the speaker? Was there a reason for not letting me know what the total cost was when handing you the payment? Hopefully the customers paying attention to the prices on menu boards like I do. I could not believe, these employees here Were not going to correct my order in an honest way... They charged me more money for something I did not ask for, But yet, they take a chance & try to make an even exchange with a cheaper sandwich I originally ordered, but the girl never attended to reverse the difference back to my charge card. She just leaves the window. I know it wasn't a lot of money to be concerned about, but when it comes down to dishonesty, taking advantage of, or even stealing. By the way, I am a regular customer, but I don't know. Should I keep coming back know that I know now, this McDonald's tried to cheat me & though they can get away with it. The reason I'm saying this, 'cause I asked the girl for the difference back on my credit credit before she corrected my sandwich, but she did...
Read moreMcDonald’s has always been a go-to option for quick and reliable fast food, and this location delivers on that front. The food is consistent—whether you’re ordering a Big Mac, fries, or a McChicken, you know exactly what you’re going to get. The quality isn’t gourmet, but it’s dependable, which is what you expect when you choose McDonald’s. The fries are crispy, the burgers are well-assembled, and the drinks are served ice-cold every time. For those who value speed, this location stands out. The service is impressively quick, even during busier times like lunch or dinner rushes. If you’re in a hurry or just want something familiar, this McDonald’s is a solid choice.
However, the rising prices dampen the experience. Fast food is supposed to be an affordable option, but it’s hard not to feel like you’re paying more than you should for what you’re getting. A meal that used to be a budget-friendly choice now seems to rival the cost of a sit-down restaurant, especially if you’re feeding a family. While the taste and convenience are there, the value for money is not. For example, a combo meal can easily approach $10, and adding extras like sauces or sides only increases the bill further.
Overall, this McDonald’s delivers on the chain’s promise of consistency and speed, but the high prices make it harder to justify as a regular dining option. It’s great in a pinch, but for the cost, there may be better alternatives to explore. A three-star rating feels fair—good for convenience, but lacking in...
