Casey's — Restaurant in Adel

I placed an order online for a pizza and when I got home with it I discovered it wasn't fully cooked. The toppings were cool to the touch and the crust was too soggy to even hold them. The toppings off the 1st slice hit the floor before they even made it to the plate. When I called to inform them of their mistake, I was told to hold while they talk to their manager. I was told I couldn't be refunded despite the product being of poor quality and potentially unsafe due to not being properly cooked. I was told a manager had to issue a refund and no manager was currently in store. I thought that was strange considering I was asked to hold while they talked to the manager in the very same conversation. So I asked about it. The employee on the phone just kept repeating her previous sentence with a robotic cadence, ignoring my question. Caseys pizza is normally wonderful but I'd definitely steer clear of...

I usually try not to get bad reviews but the gentleman working Saturday night about 9:30 in the evening was very rude and inconsiderate I am a first responder and the gentleman also noticed that there were customers waiting in line I told him to conduct his personal business with the cashier after clients were done he proceeded to tell me to get the stick out of my rear and also threaten to call the cops on me.

After talking to the assistant manager and the store manager I feel that I am satisfied with the results and I am happy to go back to the store anytime.
