Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Adel

Worst & Rudest Staff at any DQ I have ever been too!!!! First my wife & our grandkids walk in....we were not greeted...the employee behind the counter who was to take our order didn't say How may I help you or what would you like...she waits for us to speak...while she is texting on her phone...I guess her conversation was more important than taking our orders or maybe her dyed red hair was to much for her...then the employee who's cooking (looks like Pochantos) she's signing really loud and the cashier, they are cutting the fool and talking really loud where the whole eating area can hear them. I guess the white lady behind the counter is the supervisor, but she doesn't seem to notice them talking or singing really loud!!! This is the worst DQ I have ever been too & we will not ever eat their again!!!! In fact if I'm asked my opinion of this DQ I will tell them about my experience & the lack of supervision and the lack of customer satisfaction!!!! If I was the Owner/Manager of this place and I saw this kind of treatment of the customers and the action of the work staff I would have fired all of the work crew on the spot!!! I won't be surprised if this place close's up or has No Business due to their work staff!!!! Also the place was not very clean! While we were there there were only about 5 other customers who came in and the one's that were in there left since all they heard was the work staff sing or talk loud and cut...

I went up to order a drink after I ordered my food because I forgot and I stood there for about 8 minutes and someone finally came but this girl that came had a terrible attitude she acted like she did not want to be there! Next, we went to order ice cream with our coupon I told that same girl my order and she started walking not even noticing my brother and we told her that we had something else to order she roller her eyes and said, "So you want it on a different order?" We told her no and she still walked away with the credit card! Later my brother walked up to the counter and stood there for a while with people walking right past him and people looking him in the eye! He finally started saying repeatedly can I get a spoon? They still didn't acknowledge him so he walked away. My Mimi went up there and said can i get a spoon and this lady again rolled her eyes and hesitantly gave her the spoon and my Mimi said he was waiting up here for a while and no one came and she acted like she didn't care. The whole time we are trying to eat these people are screaming across...

The order taker was very rude. I worked fast food restaurants and it’s not the best. So quite what I did found a better job where I’m happy with pay and going to work. Customer service goes a long way. You don’t know who’s coming through your line. My profession is inspecting places and rating goods and service. You’ll telling me what I can’t have or have on my food I’m ordering. Then I pull up to window you get even more nastier. Your whole store would’ve been shut down owners contracting and Dairy Queen reps as well. My report would be specifically about your service and how horribly you handled the situation. I did reach out to some of my colleagues in Ga and had a web conference. Please be mindful how you carry yourself especially if the customer wasn’t rude. You never know who coming through your line and...
