Burger King — Restaurant in Adel

We had 2 whopper meals and 1 crispy chicken...$36 in food at the drive thru. We ordered a Sprite Zero which they don't have but didn't tell us that just gave a Coke and didn't tell us. The 2 Dr Peppers didn't taste right maybe carbonation was off. The bun was burned on the chicken sandwich and so soggy. One whopper was without cheese but all sandwiches had cheese. One was without lettuce but they all had lettuce. All the lettuce was old and yellow. Literally the fries was all we could eat or drink. We called that night after getting home(15 miles away) and the manager on duty said we needed to call back this morning. We called this morning was told the manager we needed would be in after 1pm. We called back and the manager was busy could come to phone and we were told to come up there. We drive all the way up to be told by two managers there that they couldn't replace the food and we would have to talk to general manager during the week. They kept saying that's a lot of food...yeah and it's our hard earned $36 as well and the wasted hour going back up there and the gas to go back. This burger King is a joke. We sat there for 20+ minutes waiting for our order. They asked us to pull to the white line we were like sure no problem. While we sat there 5 Cars got there food and left. Most cars had to back up back to the window bc their food was also wrong! 2 different workers came out with the wrong order and asked if it was ours we said no. So, we were like hey can we just get our money back were tired of waiting well go somewhere else so they send who I'm guessing is the manager bc he never introduced himself just started asking us why we wanted a refund and what was wrong. Started arguing with us saying we haven't gotten our food yet bc they were making fresh fries but the 2 orders they brought to us before (which was the wrong orders for us) both had fries so that made no sense. But whatever he took my card and went to go get the refund. After 10 minutes waiting for my card to be returned my husband went Inside to get it and immediately came back out so I'm assuming they just weren't even going to...

The drive-through line was moving very slow and it was packed. After waiting quite some time at the speaker, like everyone else had had to do in front of me, another customer approached me and told me I needed to come inside.

Since I am disabled I told her I couldn't and that I would order at the window. If the cashier,, iona was at her station, she would have heard me say this

When she saw me. Iona, turned around and had a good laugh with someone behind her.

When she gave her attention to me I started to order and she told me She couldn't take my order. I asked her why and she said people have been waiting.

I said, yes, I've been waiting. She told me I cold come inside, which h I can't, or go back through the drive-through. I asked her twice to take my order and she refused.
