Hibbett — Local services in Adel

The store that I picked the item up from did amazing. The staff kept me up to date on the order and called me when the pick FINALLY made it through the online system to the store. The fact the I ordered in-store pick up for an item that the store and in their possession but I couldn’t retrieve the item no earlier that 5 hours from purchase because the Hibbett online system is that slow is ridiculous. I would have been better off calling and having them hold the item for me than ordering online. Which is what I’ll probably do IF, large if might I add, I ever order from this company again. It also took 1 and a half operators for me to actually get some real answers. I will say they did try I was case number 79909691 which was the best operator I had from the 3 I spoke to. This store never greets or makes the customer feels or it’s ok to ask for help. Many times I’ve visited this store I normally never patronize here due to the lack of greeting or staff always on their phone having personal conversations on speakerphone which is very rude and distracting. I only patronize here just to purchases some Nike slides. However I still was asking if I needed anything else there was no upselling happening. Everyone was talking about how they were about to get off and instead of one of the girls that walked stating she needed to go to the restroom she stated “man I got to pee” very loudly. I can't believe I actually spent money at this store! I walked in and there were two females behind the counter. There was only one other shopper in the store. I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance with anything. I actually picked up the shoes that I wanted and had to walk back to the counter to ask them to pull my size. But, that wasn't the worst of it. They were playing the most obnoxious music ever! I actually heard the word "pu--y".
