Every time I've been here I have received friendly service. It was over 4 years between my most recent visit and the one before, and yet the woman who assisted me was able to remember me. The store is a boon to people who, like myself, need extended sizes. It is a 'big and tall' store that also carries more standard sizes of clothing for work and recreation. I go there to get pants to wear at work, and am able to comfortably fit in the changing room to try on different pants to seek the best fit. The store is clean, well lit, and the aisles are wide enough for the larger people that the store caters to. The store is easy to locate, with sufficient parking, and I've never seen anything more than a couple of other customers. The only complaint would be the cost, but that is because of the extended sizes and the fact that only name-brand clothing...

Traveling through Georgia and stopped at King Frog! It was heavily promoted along I75 bull boards. Very disappointed. Two staff members at the counter. The entire time they are talking about an issue with a co-worker. No engagement with me and another customer at all! Store prices are inflated. I saw a Columbia shirt on the rack for over 60 bucks and I just bought the same one a couple of weeks ago at Marshals for 29. Half the price! I asked to use a restroom. The employee told me it was across the street at the gas station. How does a store that charges what they charge for these name brands and advertises like they do on billboards not have a restroom? The store itself is super cute and in a prime location. My fiancé and I were traveling back to FL and decided to stop. The young store clerk was very sweet and seemed to be new. When my fiancé asked if there was a restroom she looked at another clerk who then said, "across the way at the gas station." Instead of saying, "we don't offer a public restroom" because no where is it posted that they do not offer one. So instead of shopping we walked out without even being told to have a great day.
