I was having an issue with my prepaid phone even though I had s prepaid account with Verizon, cara took care of my issue just like I was a customer on a contract. Shd was amazing, it took a really long time to fix it but she was never impatient, she was professional, and made me feel like I was her one priority, she was patient, kept a conversation going while she was on hold with technical support, informed me about the advantages of being on a contract rather than prepaid, and by the time my phone was fixed, I could think of nothing else but opening an account when I get my next paycheck. Shd is excellent at her job and should be considered a valuable asset to Verizon on a day and time where customer service is becoming a thing of the past.
